We both ordered the fried fish and, It was cooked to perfection with a crispy coating and juicy interior. The french fries are house made every morning, the tartar sauce had just the right amount of zip and the coleslaw was nice and crunchy.

As an added gift to the community, they have a small food pantry where people can take or leave non-perishable items as they choose
They had an impressive array of eggs, benedict options as well as corned beef hash that they make in house. The prices can’t be beat and the service is always friendly.

While you wait for your food, which won’t take long to arrive, you can entertain yourself by looking at some of the hundreds of license plates that line their walls. It’s clear that some states have stricter censors than others, and many of them made me chuckle.

We ordered the biscuits and gravy, southwest omelette, French toast, and blueberry pancakes along with coffee and a Jameson Irish coffee. The food was delicious, portions were big, and everything came out fresh. The staff was super friendly, attentive, and quick—we were in and out in under an hour. The diner has a fun, unique vibe with license plates covering the walls, and even the placemats have little games like finding all the states. Overall, a great spot for a late breakfast.

I went here for breakfast and got the breakfast club and since it was my birthday I got a spiked iced coffee. It was absolutely amazing and the service was wonderful! Definitely recommended trying this place out!

My family and I just had a FANTASTIC breakfast @ Daddy O’s in Norway, ME. It’s Monday morning and we were seated right away. The waitress was friendly, and when I asked – she patiently described what BAKED oatmeal is (not like regular oatmeal…). I decided to give it a try and was NOT disappointed! I ordered the baked oatmeal with blueberries – it was EXCELLENT; not watery like most oatmeal can be, but a thick, textured… pudding-like (?) consistency with almost a dessert-like quality. YUM. My husband ordered the “Hangover Skillet;” corned beef hash, biscuits with sausage gravy, and 2 eggs. He says it was “tastey.” Our 11-year old son ordered 2 scrambled eggs, hash browns and (“awesome!!!”) wheat toast. We all enjoyed our meals so much, and having the license plate game to play made everything more fun. Daddy O’s – We will be back!

Start your morning right at the popular Daddy O’s Diner in Oxford, Maine! You’ll find a cheerful atmosphere right out of the fifties, from the checkered black & white floor, happy old-fashioned music, soda fountain type bar stools and walls covered with colorful license plates. You’ll be greeted by efficient servers with friendly smiles and treated to a loaded plate of hot, delicious breakfast served all day long! Plentiful and tasty every time we go. They serve lunch too. Daddy O’s is well-known, a local fave, conveniently located, with plenty of parking. Customers return over and over – it’s like the classic “Cheers” bar – where everyone knows your name.” The community-minded owners are well-loved and known for their kindness and generosity to many area nonprofits, with their own charitable Daddy O’s Foundation created to give back. They even serve free Thanksgiving dinner to hundreds of people in need at no charge every year. We’re delighted to support this wonderful local business and look forward to enjoying delicious meals at this friendly diner for years to come!

Super cool place to eat. We ate here twice while in Maine and both times were equally great! Food was consistently good, we all tried different options. Homemade bread and bagels, were amazing! Staff were super nice and accommodating.

A little bit of a 50’s diner feel here, Daddy-O! Covered in license plates, and pouring over the sides with character, this awesome breakfast spot had definitely put their time in on the decor, but they didn’t skip out on the food quality either! Delicious, fresh made food that is sure to keep you happy as well!

What a great diner! My wife and I were in Madison, NH, on vacation, and I am glad I drove an hour just to go here. The food is a great value, inexpensive and so good. Wife had a single pancake with blueberries, and she said it tasted more homemade than most others. I had a bacon and cheese omlette, and eggs were fluffy on top of the tasty fillings. Home fries were also really good.

Staff are attentive, sweet, and engaging, and the decor is amazing.

They also have a small type of food pantry for people in need, in the front cases that were formerly Coke refrigeration floor chests. Just awesome that they have that so that people can pay it forward to others.

I drove a little over an hour for a late breakfast and will do it again when I am in the area!
