The ambiance is great and the food is quite filling.
Would definitely recommend!
What the bowl was supposed to have included:
Rice Bowls
Bowl filled with a bed of rice your choice of meat topped with pico de gallo, guacamole, cheese sauce, black beans, shredded cheese and corn, Didn’t get the Guacamole and was uncharged 2x. Barely any Meat, Shredded Cheese or Pico De Gallo. I did ask for the Bell Peppers and Onions but I knew it was an additional charge. Got crème and cilantro which was another charge. And a small side of Guacamole in the little bowl they put Salsa in on the table while you wait to order was 8.00.
Stopped by Cielo and got the Chile Colorado with steak—and it hit the spot for real. They give you the option to choose chicken or steak. Chicken’s around $12, steak is like $13 and some change, and honestly, both prices are solid for what you get.
I went with steak, and it was tender and full of flavor, swimming in this bold red chile sauce that had just the right kick. The rice was fluffy, and the beans with melted cheese tied it all together. You could tell everything was made fresh—came out hot and ready.
Portion size was more than enough—you leave full and satisfied, no doubt. Even the salsa on the side looked legit.
If you’re in the mood for some real, flavorful Mexican comfort food, this is one of those plates you’ll remember. I’m definitely coming back.
We go there once a week.
The food is really good and the service is great! Mandy and Brenda are the best.
If you haven’t been there, I recommend that you give them a try.
My wife found this place and it is hidden in The Villages at Millers Chapel. You can smell the goodness as soon as you enter. We got our booth and Tia was our server. She was great.
We were going for our usual Long Islands when she suggested the Margarita special at that time was 2/$12. So we ventured out and we had the Strawberry and Passion Fruit, with the rim lined with sugar instead of salt. These were to me super sweet, maybe the salt might have toned it down, and as for us, they weren’t as strong as I would have liked, but nothing that a quick shot of Vodka couldn’t fix…
We then ordered as an appetizer the Guacamole. You’ll get chips and salsa off the bat anyway, but the Guacamole was the freshest we have ever tasted. The lady who made it brought it to the table personally too, and said if it wasn’t right, she’ll take care of it. That’s confidence in your ability right there and appreciated.
Our main dishes that we got was the Salmon Tropical and the 4 Amigos Fajitas. I’ll hazard a guess you can see which one was which.
The Salmon Tropical was a good choice as well. Came with Rice, and a salad. Salmon was topped with a Mango Pico sauce. Very moist and didn’t last long. Although it was too sweet from the sauce for a Salmon, but then some may like it that way. Overall a good dish.
As you see in the video, that Fajita plate was HOT! Salmon was tender and flaky, cooked perfectly. The Fajita plate came with my request of corn tortillas, along with the normal side items of beans, pico de gallo, and rice. The beans were what you would expect, hot and tasty. The 4 Amigos were flank steak, chicken, shrimp and chorizo. It was on a bed of vegetables, onions with red and green peppers. The meats were just the way they should be, seasoned well and tender. Shrimp was cook perfectly, not tough at all…
We ended up getting the Long Island Iced Teas too. My wife wanted a strong one, and I enjoy my money’s worth too, they were house, but they didn’t taste like house. And when I tell you that they were strong… I couldn’t finish mine, and that is a first for me… Made well, no mix here…
Thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience here. I’m sure we’ll be back again…
