As a lifelong McDonald’s customer, it’s unfortunate that I feel compelled to write this review. Recently, my girlfriend and I stopped by McDonald’s store #12032 during a date night. We ordered a McFlurry and a vanilla cone. When we reached the drive-thru window, the vanilla cone had been dumped into a plastic cup, and the McFlurry was completely melted and more like soup.
The employee assisting us, Lisa, was also quite rude and did not offer any alternative or solution to the issue. When we got home, the ice cream was unusable and ended up being thrown away.
I submitted feedback through the McDonald’s website, and the following day the store contacted me to apologize for the experience. I was told that if I returned to the store, I could receive whatever I wanted to make up for the inconvenience.
A few hours later, I drove five miles back to the location and simply asked for a cheeseburger. However, the manager on duty—Lisa—refused and said she would only offer ice cream. I explained that I had been told on the phone that I could receive whatever I wanted, but she denied this and would not honor what was communicated to me.
Unfortunately, the interaction was very disappointing. Manager Lisa was again quite rude, and her customer service skills left a lot to be desired. This entire situation could have been resolved easily, but instead it became an unnecessarily frustrating experience.

If I could have given no stars I would have.. I always enjoyed their coffee reason I went there.. ordered crispy chicken sandwich least expensive one which comes with 2 pickle slices on it..the chicken was like biting into a piece of leather. I could not finish eating it, that’s how terrible it was. I could have said something or just returned it, but because other people there, I decided not to make a fuss.. I don’t know maybe they have two different packages of chicken, one for the more expensive chic sandwich and another for the less expensive chic sandwich. I rarely ever leave reviews on anything, but this sandwich deserved a review.. by the way it looked the oil they fried it in probably was old and needed to changed to fresh oil .

Last night we ordered a double cheeseburger and 10 chicken nuggets on the app and when I got to the drive-thru I gave them my code and the girl said okay drive up. I went past the payment window and went to window one and she gave me the double cheeseburger and I asked what happened to the 10 nuggets I ordered and paid for. It took her like 5 minutes to find out that she never put my order in and asked me to pull up to window two. We sat there for about 10 minutes and then I knocked on the window and she came over and said they were making the nuggets now. I said you got to be kidding me you don’t have 10 nuggets ready. Then I believe it was the manager that came over with the order after we were online for 15 minutes and I said don’t we get anything for waiting and she said we can’t give out any coupons or anything and never even apologized.
I think they could have given us at least a free drink or something.

I keep trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt but they’re a mess. Almost every order they forget my fries/ hash browns. We can’t leave without checking the bags and I have never had such a bad issue at other McDonald’s. And today I get the lousiest excuse of a sundae. Just wanted some vanilla ice cream and they fill it half way.

The owner of this franchise needs to step up and find better quality employees! The fries are always cold as if they’ve made too many and then they just sit there for a while. The buns for the burgers that always dry. They forget your order half the time because they don’t listen and then they mess the order up. Most of the employees don’t seem to give a crap! Here we are, are choosing to spend our hard earned money on the establishment and the food tastes like crap. The quality sucks! And the weirdest thing is that all they do is send you to a link to complain, which shows that they really don’t give a crap

This McDonald’s doesn’t make sense. They have 2 drive thrus, but only one person taking orders. So, because I got behind the wrong car, someone who just pulled up in the other window was served before me. I had a mobile order and they said, “pull up to the second window”. They do have 3 windows, so maybe I should have just pulled behind the guy in front of me – but the first window didn’t even look operational- and the next two windows are called #1 and #2, so I went to window #2, which was non operational. Sp now i have to pull all the way around the restaurant again – and get behind someone else who ordered after me. I see them hand my order to him, he has it for a while, then he hands it back. I finally get to the window to express my frustration, and she says oh, don’t worry. He didn’t touch your food. Okay. Well my sandwich was not wrapped when I looked at it. At least it encourages me not to have fast food again.

My fiancé and I come here almost everyday and it’s our favorite location but today was horrible, got our order wrong and the manager completely ignored us when we asked for a remake offering to give the drink back, also asked for a water cup the same manager rolled her eyes and got it for me as she huffed and puffed. I hope this incompetent employee is worth losing customers who spend at least $100 here a month never coming back after experiencing the rudeness and unprofessionalism im a manager myself at 2 different places this person should be embarrassed as well as ashamed of themselves

Great staff! Tonight I went craving for something sweet ended up going to get a vanilla shake with some oreos and Carmel added and may I just say WELL DONE to the young lady who made it for me. She absolutely delivered what I was craving. Also, just look how pretty it is!!

I call to tell this location that they served me a RAW chicken sandwich LAYLA drilled me for 7 min on making sure I was calling the right location then she finally finds my order even though I ordered in the app!! Acted like I cooked the chicken sandwich the worst attitude horrible customer service the worst food everything cold and disgusting go to the McDonald’s across the street

I hadn’t had McDonald’s in a while and it’ll be a while before I come back. Forget the fact that the drive-through cashier was bawling her eyes out during rush-hour. Didn’t excuse herself, wasn’t excused, just kept taking orders and crying. Then I get the food and it’s ice cold. Ice cold fries, ice cold big Mac. Ba Da Ba Ba Ba, i hated it!
