I would like to share my feedback regarding my visit to your restaurant today.
I am a regular customer of your Kilikatalai outlet and have always appreciated the food quality and service during my previous visits. However, today’s experience was disappointing and did not meet the standards I have come to expect from your restaurant.
I noticed concerns regarding hygiene, as the plates appeared small and not properly cleaned. Additionally, the food taste and quality were average and lacked the usual flavor and consistency that I associate with your restaurant.
I am sharing this feedback with respect and hope it will be taken positively, as I truly value your restaurant and would like to continue visiting in the future. I trust that you will look into these matters and ensure better quality and hygiene going forward.

We went here for dinner, this restaurant serves kerala style dishes. We went as three and out bill comes to around 1500-1800rs.
In gravies hydrabadi chicken curry was a must try if you love spicy gravies. I will give 5 on 5 for there egg appam which tastes sooo good.
In the dishes we are the one below average was kerala parota that is too big and hard. Other dishes like butter naan, chicken starters, desserts are all good.
We went by around 10.00pm so many fish and mutton dishes were not available. Please visit early to taste all your favourites

His name murugan staff, he is very humble and soft serving. They were incredibly friendly and responsive, making the dinning experience even more pleasent. One small area for improvement would be the wash area-only, two wash basins are available, which isn’t sufficient during peak hours, we had to wait in a queue just for a hand wash.

Went with above average expectations. To our surprise it was excellent taste and satisfaction. Food was awesome and also the price. Service was fast. Enough seating so no waiting time on Friday night. Captain Sudhakar was pleasing and we enjoyed the dinner.

Certain foods were good (Soups and Starters), but Ghee rice with mutton kuruma was stale and was not hot at all when served. Service in this restaurant is very poor. The service person (Sudhakar) was not attentive and not even cared when I complained about the stale food. He was not even looking at the dine in area and it became very difficult to call him every time to make an order.
