Haven’t been there in years and went on the 26th of Aug. 2025.
The place has changed for the better. Cleaner looking and bright atmosphere. The outdoor dining is our favorite type of dining in the summer and fall.

when the food is good it’s good, but then there are days like this where steak is cooked “medium” comes rare and the grinders is sloppily done and the cheese is all attached to the parchment paper (literally almost eating paper that’s how bad it is). I also asked for extra franchise sauce, which they didn’t put on the side and it was put those crappy metal containers which leaked like usual all over our clothes at least it’s not our car seats this time. do better lulu’s!

Rude waitstaff. We have been going there every week since September, and telling the hostess we are going to sit in the bar. It has never been a problem until today, when we told the hostess, we were going to sit in the bar, and after we were sitting in the bar, the hostess came over to actually go off on us for not waiting for a waitress to seat us and give us menus. Now mind you, she didn’t come over with menus, she came over to specifically tell us “you’re not supposed to do that.”
I ordered a bloody Mary and it took literally 15 minutes to get it. When I asked if there was a bartender, I was told yes, she’s sitting at that table. Your drink is right here on the bar, but the server has to serve it. So she made my drink and let it sit there for 15 minutes while the waitress was busy with other customers and couldn’t walk 5 feet from the bar to a high top across from the bar to give it to me.
And when I pointed this out, I was given an attitude and treated like I was some sort of Karen for complaining about waiting 15 minutes for a drink that was sitting right there 5 feet away from me. If I had known it was there, I would’ve gotten up and walked over and gotten it myself.
When I asked who the manager was to complain about the poor service that we received today, I was met with the owner’s daughter, who couldn’t tell me enough times that she is the owner’s daughter. And when I told her that I didn’t appreciate being chased down and yelled at for sitting in the bar, like I’ve done every single weeks since September, all she could say was well we do have signs up. I don’t know about you, but do you stop to read signs on the hostess stand when you walk into a restaurant, that you have walked into every week for five months? And every single time we have walked in the bar and the hostess has said fine?
And instead of apologizing, all I received was attitude from the owner‘s daughter who had to tell me 20 times that she’s the owner‘s daughter. And I said well fine, we won’t be coming back then, and she said good.
So all in all, I would say that the hostesses are rude, and the management is only concerned with being right not good customer service. I will make sure that I tell every single person that I know about my experience and not to go to this restaurant if they expect to be treated with courtesy.

Excellent Italian restaurant. Very clean with lots of booths for seating. The food was excellent…. I had the Chicken Alfredo and my friend had the Egg plant parmesan….. We were both very happy. The service was excellent and the waitress was friendly and polite. The portions were good size and prices fair. Nice outdoor patio for when the weather is nice.

When placing my order, I specified to not overcook a calzone. Also ordered appetizers. Part of the appetizers were severely over cooked and such a dark brown and hard as a rock. After waiting. For approximately 15 minutes for the waitress to come back, I called the hostess over to explain the issue. The waitress returned, and with a bit of an attitude stated that they needed to make sure it was fully cooked. I stated Yes, but not burnt. She took them back and brought out another plate of chicken. I also received my calzone, which was the darkest brown you can get before black. Also cutting through the chicken, which was so completely raw and look like Jell-O on the inside. After asking for a manager, and having the waitress roll her eyes and huff away. A gentleman saying he was the manager came out to explain that he fully cooked my calzone to make sure the cheese was melted even though I specified, I did not want it over cooked and when I showed him the raw chicken his response was “oh you got me there”. I said, at that point that I had lost my appetite and would not be eating, and they actually had the nerve to still charge me for a soda that I only had two sips of. I’ve been going to their monthly for sometime years and will not be returning after this experience

A damn good meatball grinder. Not a sub, not a hoagie, not some round meat with a little paste of sauce between an oversized roll – I ordered and received a tasty grinder. Cheesy with the right amount of sauce and onions and peppers. The best $10 I’ve spent in years.

I would have given 5 stars on food, but I have to say I have always loved your pizza, but lately the sauce tastes different, the crust has been gooey and chewy and the mozzarella you have been using is way to chewy and thick like bubblegum
