Stopped in to this Jack in the Box because I was waiting for my car to charge at a close by hotel. (Days Inn) Anyway, I walked down to grab a bite to eat and the staff was exceptionally welcoming when I walked in. Especially when I came in 10 minutes before walk in hours shut down. All were pleasant, however the two that stood out the most were Kelly who warmly walked my food out to me and reassured me there was no rush, and Melody, who called out to me with a smile on her face (as she could see I was respectfully hurrying to scarf my food) to reassure me that the drive-through was open for a few more hours and there really was no need to hurry. I hope the manager and owner both see the value of these two individuals and treats them as valuable assets because these two are positively exceptional outliers. I don’t know if Jack in the Box does bonuses but if they do, these two should be top candidates. Happy New Year! 🙂

I was number order number 52 51 got eight tacos I ordered four tacos. They called out orders all the way till 60 never called mine up when I went up there to tell them that they forgot my order. They explained that they did not forget my order And then called out that she needed 4 tacos ASAP to her staff. If they would’ve said I’m sorry we forgot your order. I would’ve been perfectly fine instead they told me that they did not forget my order, but I had no food.

I can’t give this any higher of a rating, despite my love of the food and brand, due to the repeated mess ups. I’ve been ordering through the app for convenience, but the last several times (4+), this location has not properly adjusted their making of the food per the changes made on the order. I make the changes due to allergies. They’re great about fixing the issue, but the issue shouldn’t happen this often in the first place which eliminates the convenience since I’ve had to make the drive down anyway. Especially when it wasn’t as busy this time. There was no reason to rush the process and mess up.

Paid for their new double chicken sandwich with double cheese. Received just a bun and single piece of chicken. Nothing else. Wish I would have sat in the drive thru and un wrapped my food and checked it before leaving but didn’t wanna hold everyone else up.

I live most of the year on the east coast and there are no JitB’s. When I’m in Havasu, I wish I could live here. I love the tacos that much.

So I’ve been here a few times and I’m not sure what Happened to this place. I’ve ordered The double bacon smash jack. The last two times I ordered it. There was literally no grilled onions on it, and one little piece of bacon. It is literally a dollar more here than it is at other Jack-in-the-Box. I really wish I would’ve took a picture

Jack in the box always slaps. Doesn’t matter if it’s breakfast sandwiches to help with a hangover, or Monster tacos to pregame for a night out making a hangover. Basically it’s hangover food, and I love it every single time.
