Dunkin in DeFuniak Springs is kind of hit or miss for me. The staff has always been nice and polite, which I definitely appreciate, but they seem to be out of food pretty often when I stop by. The bacon and sandwiches aren’t very consistent either sometimes good, sometimes not so much.

Went there on 8/3/25 and the three ladies working there were incredible kind and quickly made my order. The food tasted good and my coffee was well made. The lobby was very clean and well kept. Overall pleasant experience and I will be coming back here again.

I visited Dunkin’ for an iced coffee, but their system was down, which led to significant delays. While the service was understandably slow due to the technical issues, the coffee itself was up to the usual standard. It was a decent experience, but the wait time could have been better managed.

I gave this Dunkin’ three stars because it was an okay stop but had some issues. They didn’t have the sandwich I was hoping for, and unfortunately, there were no croissants either. The parking lot is very small and tricky to maneuver, which makes pulling in or turning around frustrating. On the plus side, the staff were polite and the drinks were fine, so it’s not a terrible spot—but it’s definitely not the most convenient Dunkin’ if you’re in a hurry or looking for specific menu items

Worst Dunkin I have ever been in. Traveling 10 hours…wanted breakfast before getting b on I10 for hours. 3 person party, 2 people got to order breakfast third in party was told no more hot orders because kitchen was “swamped”. Unreal, ordered 2 blueberry muffins and cashier mangled them to the point of they have no tops on them. Unreal. We told the rest of our party in another car to go to Starbucks across the street. Just keeps reminding me why I never go to Dunkin.
