I had a really good experience at the CAVA today. Yenni, the manager, was very professional and attentive. You can tell she leads the team well and cares about the customers having a great experience.
Karina at the cashier was also very friendly and welcoming. She greeted me with a smile, made the checkout process smooth, and had a great attitude the whole time. Customer service like that makes a big difference.
Overall, the food was great and the service from Yenni and Karina made the visit even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This was my first and last time at CAVA so I’m explaining to the lady this is my first time how do I order she asked what rice I wanted next greens and sauce then she went down to the next step she’s like vegetables I’m like yea then she like what toppings meaning the corn etc I’m like I can’t get meat she say no cause you got whole instead of half I’m like I just said this was my first time so of course I would’ve needed help that’s just standard customer service then she say I can give you 1 spicy lamb meatball like I’m a kid when I wanted chicken not lamb I didn’t mind paying but if this is my first time why would you not explain the process so she like no I can’t take it off “ughhhh” let ask the manager I’m like look just give me the bowl she walks it down saying veggie bowl all I could do is laugh because I’m highly disappointed please don’t go to this one if it’s your first time they suck at helping way nasty attitudes

She runs the restaurant with professionalism, organization, and genuine care for both customers and her team. It’s clear that she takes great pride in her work and ensures everything operates smoothly. Her leadership creates a welcoming and positive atmosphere that really stands out.
I also want to highlight Karina, the cashier, who provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and efficient while handling customers. Karina made the interaction feel personal and welcoming, and she clearly cares about making sure every guest has a great experience.

The manager had no class and did not know how to handle the situation professionally. The person who took my order was a new employee. He was very nice, but he didn’t know how to clearly explain the menu items. I ordered half falafel and half sweet potato. Since I had ordered a veggie dish, I assumed everything was included.
The manager explained the situation in a very strange and unprofessional way. Any manager with good judgment would have simply let it go. Instead, she chose to throw away the order and have the new employee start over, all because of an extra $3.00 charge for the vegetables.
My issue wasn’t about the $3.00. It was about the manager’s attitude and lack of professionalism. Because of how the situation was handled, I decided to go next door to Locavino, where I was happy to spend $30 on dinner at a place with much better customer service.
For a general manager at a place like CAVA, I would expect someone more mature who treats customers with respect.

I mean what’s not to love about cava from the exceptional customer service peaceful atmosphere and divinely nourishing food. It has been one of my favorite grub spots since it opened and I never get tired of eating the 4 combinations that I religiously stick to. At this point I should simply purchase a franchise and enjoy making my own mixtures because cava is a great investment to my dietary needs and they can have my money honey!
