If I could leave 0 starts I would. Absolutely ridiculous experience at this Chipotle. I placed a mobile order for pickup through the Chipotlane, and the app clearly said my food was ready. I got stuck in the Chipotlane line thinking it would be quick since it was already marked ready. Instead, I sat there for over 30 minutes with no way to cancel because the app doesn’t allow cancellations after a certain point.
When I finally made it to the window, I was waited another 10 minutes — even though I see my order, and yet no one had come to the window to ask my the name for my order. By the time I finally got my acknowledged and recived my food, it was cold and honestly disgusting. And to make it even worse, as I grabbed my bowl out of the bag, sour cream got all over my hand because the lid wasn’t secured properly.
What made it even more frustrating was that while I was sitting there waiting, an employee kept looking directly at me and then pretending not to see me. It was obvious I had been there for a long time, yet no one acknowledged it or tried to help.
If the app says an order is ready, it should actually be ready. The whole point of the Chipotlane is convenience, and this was anything but. Terrible communication, poor food handling, and even worse customer service. I won’t be back to this location.

We planned on eating there, but the “don’t care” feelings we got from the place made us change our minds. The amount of food put into the bowl was hardly a proper portion, and when I asked for lettuce, I got almost nothing. Same with the cheese. Disappointed, really, because it used to be really good.

We were really excited about the new location opening around the corner from us. Upon entering you can tell the tables are not wiped between guests. The young lady that made our food plates was super friendly and very nice. The cashier looked like she hated being there. The food was not so great. Looks better in the commercial. The price for two people for two bowls and two drinks was $39. That’s nuts!

This is a really solid Chipotle! I go here a lot because my friend leaves nearby and we never have to worry about it being good one day and bad the next it’s just always good food and good service. I just went tonight and I had asked for a bit more extra rice and veggies since at first I think they were like almost out at the time so I didn’t get very much initially, and they gave me the extra I asked for no charge and no passive aggressive attitude like most places do, which is why I wanted to leave a review! Also always super clean, and they get customers through the line and out the door really efficiently. Definitely best Chipotle in the area .

Hadn’t been there in quite a while. Ordered a burrito. The rice was cold, the meat was cold. Price was listed as $11.10. Server asked if I wanted several items on it including guacamole which I said yes to. When I checked out they added 2.75 for the Guac bringing the total to $13.85 for one burrito. When I asked why the guac wasnt listed as extra on the price board where you order the food she said it was on the glass in front of the choices. It was in white print and barely visible. For that price I expected at least the food to be hot. Also had the carnitas bowl with same issues. Rice and meat barely warm. Again the guac was extra bringing the bill to $28.57 with tax. If you dont mind throwing your money away on food that sits out all day, is not kept hot and is way overpriced this is the place for you but not me.

I can’t understand how when your spending 20$ you start your order an nobody tells you that their out of cheese!! I mean to hear that they have cheese for online orders but none for take out makes little to no sense to me in my opinion maybe they should tell you before they start your order with a main ingredient not available. sad that a place i go to atleast once to twice a week this happens at guess I will have to drive an extra 10mins to a different location! Make sure to check if they have everything before ordering because you won’t be told up front!

Absolutely top-notch Chipotle! The Ulmerton location runs like a well-oiled machine — super clean, fast service, and every single ingredient tastes fresh. The staff is always friendly and quick to greet you, and they actually take the time to build your bowl or burrito right (none of that rushed or skimpy stuff). The rice is perfectly cooked, the guac is always on point, and the portions are generous every time.
Whether you’re grabbing lunch on the go or refueling after a workout, this Chipotle hits the spot every single visit. Five stars across the board — definitely one of the best-run locations in the area!

I was ordering and kind of gave a double look at the steak because it was just a smidge burnt. The manager Chris took my bowl and told the team member to use the other steak. To read and react to your customers body language is huge. I will make the extra drive to go to this Chipotle because of this experience. Thank you Chris!
