I used to be a frequent customer here about nine years ago, but unfortunately the quality has gone downhill. I ordered my steak well done, and it came out medium-well. When I sent it back, it returned about 10 minutes later clearly microwaved, which really ruined the texture and experience.

My husband ordered the bourbon chicken, and it was very disappointing. For a bourbon dish, we expected a dark, rich sauce, but instead it had a pale, gravy-like consistency and tasted just like it. The chicken itself was flat, rubbery, and lacked flavor. The “creamy” mashed potatoes were also far from creamy.

That said, our server John was exceptional. He was cheerful, attentive, made great recommendations, and truly did his best to provide great service. He was the highlight of our visit.

I love coming to this restaurant! Before arriving, I was told to order the bourbon pecan chicken and I was not disappointed! It was fantastic and easily one of the best meals I have had. The garlic bread given before the meal has a distinct garlicky taste and is crispy to the touch. If you are a garlic lover, the bread is a must try! I think of this restaurant often whenever someone asks me “what do you want to eat tonight?”. If I lived closer, I would come much more often as it is that good. 10/10.

My husband and I had a fabulous meal last night. My prime rib was perfection and my husband loved his salmon. We want to highlight our server, John B. He was all the things you’d want from a server. Knowledgeable, friendly, attentive and an all around nice person. We want to thank him for elevating our dining experience!

The food was okay. The bathrooms were not very clean. They started bringing all of our food at the same time. I asked them to please wait so that. We did not get all the food at the same time. But the waitress kept bringing more food while we still had our appetizer. Give me a vibe of like a sizzler.

First impression when I entered the building was a calm relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel at ease.

The employees were friendly and very welcoming.

Now, I ordered a prime rib chili nachos, it was fantastic. It had a slight sweetness that made it much more appetizing combined with the savoriness of the prime rib and cheese and other condiments.

Then for my main course I order the black and blue (2 medallion) cooked at medium. It was cooked perfectly. The medallions had a crab cake on top and toasted bread underneath along with mash potatoes and asparagus. Needless to say, it was cooked to perfection. Right amount of crunchy and softness from the asparagus and thick but creamy mash potatoes seasoned perfectly. The only thing I would change is maybe more seasoning to the steak medallions itself, but it was still good.

Would come back 10/10

I recently had my husbands 60th birthday party there. I had high expectations because of the previous reviews. The point of contact for reservations was very cordial and followed up promptly. Unfortunately the day of the party when decorating, I asked one of the waitresses to replace a table cloth that had a spot on it. She seemed very reluctant to change the table cloth. Also, one of the guests steak was not cooked fully as requested and when serving the birthday cake the waitresses and point of contact made a big mess. The cake was served very sloppy on saucers and only one waitress had gloves on. I would say that the space was good to have a party of 30 guests and the prices are reasonable.

My husband and I went out for a dinner date, and the food was amazing. The crab cakes were delicious and the steak was cooked perfectly. Our server, Julie, was incredibly helpful and kind, and made our experience even more enjoyable. My husband even complimented the playlist and I have to agree, very relaxing. Five stars all around!

A disappointing experience when prices are close to a “fine dining” price range. Went early on a Saturday evening and we were primarily the only ones in the restaurant. Yet, our service was horrendous. We were greeted warmly, but it was downhill from there. My wife and I had to ask multiple times to even get bread… which ultimately did come out *after* our food was served. Our drinks were not refilled, except one time, which again we had to ask several times for.

The food itself was fine. The steaks were tender and well cooked and the baked potato was good as well.

It’s just tough to justify spending $100 on a meal for two when you could get better service anywhere else.

Two stars because the staff was great. I do not want my review to be a reflection on the waiters/waitresses. They were friendly, helpful, and on it. They deserve all the tips and a raise.

But the food?

Omg. It was so bad for a higher end steak house. I had the ribeye. It was the worse piece of meat I’ve ever had. I can cook a better steak any day. The sides were undercooked, under seasoned, and gross.

Its now the next day and I have diarrhea and have been throwing up.

According to my male companions who joined my party also said the mens restroom was in poor shape. We’re also plumbers and the plumbing was embarrassingly done for such a higher end restaurant. Like yalls plumbing is so bad. Its like you hired the cheapest handy Andy to do it for you. Embarrassing.

So. Great staff.
Horrible food.
Terrible bathrooms.

End of review. Will not go again and will not recommend.

This is our go-to restaurant for a nice meal or celebrations. We always have great service and great food. Bread is amazing. The filet is what we usually get and is always cooked as ordered. Very happy they brought back the red wine and mushroom demi-glaze. The volcano cake is one of the best desserts around. Make sure to order it before you finish your meal as it is made from scratch and takes about 20 minutes, but well worth the wait!
