I understand its McDonald’s and not the best food but come on.. not sure about day shift but at night it is terrible.. stale frys.. 6 peice nuggets had 3 nuggets and 3 chicken strips (under cooked).. not to mention i didnt even eat any of it because the first nugget i bit into had a hard bone fragment or something in it.. burger seemed like it was sitting out for 3 hours.. i was giving this store the benefit of the doubt but its aweful everytime.. drivethru line has trash all over the ground.. this places needs new employees or something.

After the catastrophe of Hurricane Helene throughout Augusta, nothing brings back that true American pride like some hot McDonalds. The lady taking my order at the drive thru intercom was nice and patient and helped me with my questions. The wait wasn’t too long from ordering to receiving the food. I got the $5 meal bundle which comes with a 4 piece nugget, small fry, small drink, and choice of sandwich (chicken sandwich or double cheese) and opted for the double cheese. Everything was good and hot, and I left satisfied. McDonald’s definitely hits different when you don’t have power all week, so glad to see this American classic is back open.

I once had a positive opinion on this McDonald’s. Today I ordered via the kiosk so there was initially little interaction. Afterwards the manager(older black woman) gave me a nasty attitude when asking for ketchup and sauce. More specifically, she ignored me all together then said they didn’t have any when I waited and asked again. If you are angry for any reason, just stay at home. Customers don’t have time to deal with unnecessary attitudes!

McDonald’s with all this competition out here you have to do better. My sandwich had the smallest piece of chicken and put together very poorly. My fries were not hot and they were hard. I will choose wisely next time. Please act like you care when preparing your food.

Came in this morning to get a couple of steak biscuits for breakfast. I didn’t notice the car leaving in front of me and the lady at the window started screaming at me. I grabbed my food and she flipped me off. I’m extremely disappointed I have spent hundreds of dollars if not thousands of dollars at McDonald’s throughout my life. I went into the store and told the manager and the manager turned her back on me and acted like she didn’t even care the managers in front of me and the lady behind the manager is the one who flipped me off in the picture.
