Quick stop for lunch. Tried the Carne Asade Tacos. Meat was good and tender could have been warmer on the temperature. But the stare that should become a staple on the Chipotle menu is.. The Red Chimichurri sauce. Let me tell you that these level and depth of flavor is spot on. It brings such a bright well balanced flavor to the food. If you love the dressing that they want to rarely provide. Then you will fall head over heels for this addition. Run and try it while it’s only $1.

customer service is superbad , cashier are giving 3/4 the spoon and making faces if we ask for more , mis behavior is on top in this location . they don’t have corn in the front so i say can i have them she didn’t answer and make angry face on me today 1/12/26 at 7:40 pm

DO. NOT. EAT. HERE. Today was the WORST experience I have ever had at any chipotle in my entire life. The chicken was barely cooked. The toppings were COLD. And the employees were incredibly rude. On top of that, I walked into the restaurant and there was a huge pile of water sitting in front of the door without a sign. I am 56 and handicapped and that puddle could’ve put me in serious danger. I should not have to worry about my safety when walking into any food’s establishment. And finally, THE ROACHES. I was sitting at a table and i felt something crawling on my leg, then I come to realize it was TWO HUGE roaches on my foot. DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS U WANT RISK YOUR HEALTH. Multiple health and osha violations. This place needs to do shut down and fumigated.

Just disgusting and barely had any chicken. I made up my mind almost six months ago to never return. So exhausted, I said, well, maybe the food taste better and not cold and dry. I had to ask for fresh chicken. I mean no seasoning, it.was enough for a ant. Employees appear confused, music loud. Gross. This is west Hemrico we expect good food and service. Please relocate elsewhere.

Placed a catering order days in advance. Showed up to get it, and they had not even started. Meanwhile, half the people “working” are just chatting with each other. Guy tells me ten minutes and they’ll have it ready. Thirty minutes later, still nothing, and the line to order food is out the door because everyone here was so useless.

Finally the box comes out to be told there is no guac, and the meats are half full. Was supposed to feed ten adults and couldn’t even feed eight children.

Location is directly across the street from me. Less than. 30 second drive. The worst chipotle to go to. I work long days, came here 3 days in a row to the same items being “out”. They don’t say oh there’s x amount of time left before we have this product ready. Nope, just we out. How do you run out of rice, tomatoes, and guacamole? Then they sprinkle some attitude on top like they are upset you dare come support the business. No worries, I’ll go purchase all the items and we will have burritos made from home. I can pay around the same amount for all items and have leftovers. ✌

Also, the line is so slow because of the one slow employee with no alacrity helping while another waits for you at the register without a thing to do but ask you what you ordered? Placed a mobile order and got it wrong. Absolutely no big deal at all and they remade it which I appreciate so much. The second order they just forgot the cheese and when I went up there to ask for a side of it, the lady said it wasn’t on my label so I just showed her my order on the app which is no big deal. But then she told me it would be extra and wouldn’t look at my order on the app. None of this was a big deal I’m just confused on why she was so rude about it?? I do not care about the order being wrong I know how the industry is. Everyone else was super helpful and I understand it’s a fast paced stressful environment. I’m giving 4 stars because this is my local chipotle and I like the people there.

Do not go here. Queso was cold, steak was cold, rice was hard just take the extra 2 miles up the road to the other chipotle location this place needs a new management or to be shut down I even had to ask for extra steak since they gave me probably 5 pieces with the first scoop. Worst experience I have ever had at a Chipotle. I ordered ahead of time coming from my son’s football practice. It was a little after 8pm and my teenager went inside to pick up the food with the order details. He was given 1 bag and came out to the car, I pulled out the food and realized we were missing a whole meal, chips, and a drink. They ran back inside to let them know what was missing again with the receipt/order details and were told they needed to bring the bag back in, they went back in with the bag and then were told they needed to put the food back in the bag. Then I go back in the store because this was just ridiculous, the staff then said they would get me someone, the kid on the line looked high as a kite and was shrugging his shoulders and shaking his head at me. I literally told them I was not trying to be an asshole I just wanted the food we paid for, the manager did not say much but looked over at their pick up counter and picked up my other bag and handed it to me, so literally all that for nothing. The food was horrible, beans hard as a rock. No customer service skills or common sense at this location. I would NOT recommend going to this location you are better off getting Taco Bell.
