My daughter ordered a two piece signature meal which was supposed to be a leg and a thigh from the Bragg Blvd location. The leg was fine but clearly the meat that was supposed to be a thigh was a piece of breaded meat from the back bone of the chicken. Do better

Today I experienced an attitude that would make this my last visit to this location. The staff is normally professional

Before ordering(chicken sandwich meals)..
I watched employees make two sandwiches and leave them out for approximately 5-10min until I reached the counter. After ordering my meals nervously, I mentioned the sandwiches that were still unwrapped and exposed. The employee (Tammy) immediately became defensive, got an attitude with me, and made an excuse for why..
Lastly I ordered a large and left with a small fry and medium lemonade
(Tragic considering the other managers seem to work so well with customers)

Today, a little after 11 a.m., I visited the Popeyes on Bragg. I purchased a fish sandwich for my 66-year-old aunt. She specifically requested it from this location, as she had enjoyed a particularly fresh, well-seasoned, and fluffy sandwich there on Thursday. However, the sandwich I received today appeared to be stale, possibly having been reheated. The fish was considerably overcooked, almost to the point of being desiccated, and was extremely hard, far beyond a desirable crispness. I was quite upset by this, as neither my aunt nor I reside close to the establishment, making a return visit today impractical. I attempted to contact the store multiple times by phone, but my calls went unanswered. I am very frustrated by the waste of both my money and my time. I suppose I will need to visit the store tomorrow, bringing photographs or even the sandwich itself as evidence.

First time visit, Ms Shante, Manager after seeing me standing for some time she asked what is he waiting on…this tells me she is constantly making sure customers are beeing take care of. I was waiting fir shrimp. Surf & Turf Meal. Granted I probably wouldn’t order it again, but I would probably stick with my usual 3 piece meal with beans & Rice. Last visit to Popoyes was Westminster, California 2 years ago. I had been a while…

I really don’t know how this business stays open.They have the worst customer service. It’s like it’s part of the job requirement to be bad at your job. I waited through the drive through line to place my order. I watched 5 cars drive off. I finally got tired of waiting and drove to the window. When I finally got someone’s attention I was told that their headphones doesn’t work in the back. You would think somebody would have taken my order. No they stood around looking confused like they didn’t know what to do or why I was there. The only way I got service I had to physically go inside the building and place my order. I try to be a very understanding person. I know how it is working in customer service. But I never wished so hard for a business to close
Even when talking to my friends and co-workers, they knew exactly what Popeyes I was talking about. It speaks volume when you are known to be the worst in Fayetteville.

I went during midday (Tues 9/23 about 230 ET) to try their new Sriracha dippers and their ghost pepper wings. I started in the drive thru and was told it was a wait on the dippers. Once pulled up, realized I was never given my card back and went inside. Even the manager failed to acknowledge me for some time before finding my card and handing it back. I decided to wait on my food inside. It was honestly a 25 minute wait with a kitchen full and no apology for the wait. Seemed like everyone was doing something else. Even once the dippers were put up there, had to wait another 3-5 minutes for the front lady to stop sweeping and actually put my food in a bag. I was surprised that my wings had already been put in a box and were just collecting grease and getting cold the entire time. I had somewhere to be so I left it alone especially since she grabbed the last and put in a different box and only then asked that the back crew drop more. Definitely nowhere that I would go again.

Went to this location on Bragg today for the last time.. every time I go here they mess up my order. Tiday I did a mobile order and was charged for more than the amount. Then when I got to the store they did not receive it.. so I went inside to show the cashier and she asked me to submit the order again even though id already been charged. So I was charged 2 times ( 17.11 and 13.52) and the order did not process. Then the customer service is all automated and gets you nowhere. Im out 30 bucks. Popeyes get it together. Only positive was the clerk at the front was nice..

Ordered the Blackened Chicken combo with a sweet tea along with a 6-piece buffalo wings. The sandwich was delicious with a hefty amount of bacon but didn’t receive any fries with combo. The wings were delicious but wasn’t bagged properly which caused all the sauce to make its way out of the tray

The cashier couldn’t multi-task when pulled up to the drive-thru to place my order. She was talking with the microphone on while another customer paid for their order, which I thought was rude. But the food was good. They need to be restrained on customer service skills.
