The mission at FlintCreek Cattle Co. is to serve premium meats sourced from well managed small-scale farms and ranches that produce responsibly raised, pastured, grass fed animals without added hormones and antibiotics. We want our guests to experience lean meats with bold flavors in a fun and inviting atmosphere. We were inspired by the free range cattle and cattlemen roaming the golden hills of Western Montana.
Lofty, stylish New American kitchen emphasizing sustainably raised beef, plus game & cocktails.

Fantastic entrees, service, and ambience. We came here for my sister-in-law‘s birthday and had a large table of 12. The servers were great at explaining the menu and helped us eat family-style. The steaks, cod, and other entrées were awesome. I had the pork with housemade gnocchi. To be honest, the appetizers and salads were probably a 4/5 (good but not super special—the grits ended up our favorite) but the entrées were all 5/5 stars. Great cocktails and wine as well. All in all highly recommend FlintCreek.

FlintCreek Cattle Co is a very cute restaurant, with great service, and wonderful food. If you go here, be prepared to spend a bit more than you were planning because I guarantee you’ll see something else on the menu that you’re going to want to add to your order.
We got some steaks to share with a side of potatoes and broccoli and the potatoes were so different than I’m used to, but in the best way possible. I hope they never change their potatoes because I will be going back just for those!
Also, they have some delicious desserts that you MUST try! I recommend you make a reservation because they’re usually pretty full and busy!

This restaurant is, without a doubt, a solid 10 out of 10. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm, attentive service that makes you feel like a valued guest rather than just another table. The staff knows the menu inside and out, offering spot-on recommendations and ensuring every detail of your experience is perfect.
The food? Absolutely phenomenal. Every dish is prepared with precision, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients, and the chef has a true talent for balancing taste and texture. Whether it’s the appetizers, main courses, or desserts, each bite is a reminder that you’re dining somewhere special.
It’s not a cheap place, but the quality justifies the price in every way. The flavors are elevated, the portions are generous without being overwhelming, and the ambiance makes it ideal for special occasions or when you simply want to treat yourself.
If you’re looking for a dining experience that checks every box—impeccable service, unforgettable food, and a refined atmosphere—this is it. Worth every penny, and then some.

I was really excited to try this steakhouse, and considering there are hundreds in the Seattle area, I was hoping this one would be legit. The server was kind, salad was delicious, drinks were fine. However, when the $70 Prime steak arrived, I found it incredibly tough. i was able to eat around the edges, but the center of the steak was like a knot of muscle. I showed the waitress how tough the meat was and she agreed it was unacceptable and took the plate to the manager.
He offered to “fire up another one” but I really didn’t want to wait around for another 20-30 minutes and I was fairly full anyway. In my opinion, the “right” thing to do would be to comp the steak, since it was sub-par. However, he decided to comp the potatoes and side sauce which added up to $20. So basically, I paid $50 for a garbage steak that I couldn’t even finish. I had such high hopes for this place, but it was very disappointing. Bad steak, bad management… I wont be back.

– mediterranean mussels: 9/10 sooo goood
– loved the brussel sprouts and cabbage, it was perfectly season

We hit up happy hour, which cannot be beaten with a stick. Food was all great. It’s hard to pick a favorite between the yellowfin tartare, the venison pâté, the fall salad, the burger and the grits … but if I had to it might’ve been the grits? They were so good I forgot to take a picture of them. Do yourself a favor, dip out of the office a smidge early sometime and go grab a table for hr here.

Came here to celebrate my dad’s birthday and we were blown away. The steak, pesto pasta, drinks and strawberry rhubarb crisp for dessert was top tier. Highly recommend for great flavor, amazing service and good drinks!

The grilled broccoli was served cold and had a burnt taste to it yet was crunchy. If that’s your preference, you’ll like it. I was disappointed. Two people ordered the ribeye. Mine was cold and due to the ambiance of the restaurant I couldn’t see my food to tell if it was cooked well or not. The ribeye had a ton of grisley fat which I expected fat with a ribeye I was just surprised at the gritty texture in some bites. My husband had the bison with gnocchi and he loved it. Another patron had the cod and was content. Birthday girl had the hanger steak and she felt for the costs there should be sides with the steak not just a plate of steak. It felt like there was a lot more to be desired. The deserts didn’t feel worth $17. They felt like premade/frozen cakes, cooked, served with ice cream. Drinks were good. Overall our tab was $700 for 6 entrees, 5 deserts, 5 drinks, and 2 appetizers. I feel the amount we paid was not worth the experience so we definitely won’t be returning. I don’t mind spending money if the food leaves you feeling like you are high on life but this experience just left us wishing we had more and went somewhere else.

We had dinner with family at this place on a Saturday night, and it was a great experience. The restaurant was busy and lively, though a bit loud, but the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. Despite the crowd, the service was quick and efficient, ensuring we had everything we needed without long waits.
The highlight of our meal was the 40oz. Prime, Brandt, 21-day dry-aged Tomahawk steak, which was absolutely exceptional. The meat was tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, making it a true delight. The presentation was impressive, and the high-quality ingredients were evident in every bite.
The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional, working at full capacity to serve customers promptly. Even on a busy night, they managed to check in on us regularly, ensuring a smooth dining experience. Their dedication to great service really stood out.
