Wonderful food and warmth service.
I came here on a very chaotic week for me. I arrived at 3:10 pm and at that time I had not have breakfast nor lunch yet because how busy I was. I was greeted and seated, then a beautiful young lady, Paola, took care of my order being very polite, sweet and gentle. Mind you, I looked horrible like I haven’t take care of me in years because that’s how bad my day, I was starving yet I was offer the menu and suggested a special for Thursdays.
My food came so tasty and the attention. Paola has towards me, even having a conversation with me was something that I needed today.
So just like that I’m going to keep coming more often as I don’t always have time to eat at home.
I highly recommend this place. May I add that everyone I overheard talking to Paola was having a nice experience with her just like I was.

Kudos to Ben for making this nostalgic visit so fun. I had the American cheeseburger and holy smokes! This is, hands down, one of the tastiest burgers I have ever had. Banana cream and French silk pies for dessert.

My daughter drove from Fox Lake to get me a banana cream pie for my birthday from my favorite place. And this is what we got (see picture). I’m so disappointed in Bakers Square. It’s been years and this is not ok. Now what are we to do? Make that trip all the way there and back with the cost of gas and the time as this is the closest location. It is my feeling that the only way to right this wrong would be to offer us a replacement pie that we can pick up next time we are that way. It’s bad enough I didn’t have a good birthday dessert.

First time here since the reopen.enjoyed the cod fish served hot and flaky yum. ( Coleslaw good but a little too vinegary for me.All in all enjoyable meal and atmosphere.Will return again to try other menu items. Going to take a slice of lemon supreme home.Hope it’s as good as I remember

Recently ordered some take out entrees.
The pancakes were good, but the Rueben was very subpar-barely any corned beef, and the sandwich tasted like the grill it was made on was not clean…threw it out after a few bites. Even the fries tasted off like the oil they were made in was old.

Came for the first time since the Village Inn branding went up with my aunt; we’re local so we walked. Our server Jesse was attentive and fun to talk to, 10/10! Food was yummy, loved the banana latte, and I found the prices fair and reasonable. We’ll be back!

Same as Raquel about the French Silk pie. We bought two on Saturday morning and the “whipped cream” on top was terrible. Completely ruined the taste. Was almost the texture of mashed potatoes. Used to love these. This is not whipped cream.
Update: go to Marianos and get a real French Silk pie. $11.99. Check the other photo I uploaded. Actual whipped cream, better taste and better price!

We ordered catering online for a birthday party that was in the morning. The food was tasty, hot, on time, and affordable in comparison to other breakfast catering in the area. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to cater breakfast!!

I eat out alot and prime rib is my favorite and this is the best that I had in along time..Definitely will be coming back here. It was cooked to perfection. Service was excellent.
