Our server was excellent! Wonderful salad, french onion soup. Med rare patties melt ordered med rare.
We commented that it was not actually done as we ordered it. The chef immediately said he would remake it and he did super quickly! He wanted to make us happy and make sure we came back. We will! For sure! So impressed with this place!

Nice atmosphere. Open area provides comfortable seating. Ordered hot wings and didn’t feel they were fried to a good crisp. Was refunded money without a problem so that was good. The wrap my friend ordered was very good. Server was attentive and very polite. All in all definitely a good place to go.

First off, this restaurant has a hidden mandatory 4% they tack on but they dont tell you about it, its not mentioned on the menu, its just some sign hidden out of view at the hostess desk. So if you’re on a budget carefully planning your expenses, be sure to account for this HIDDEN FEE
Their reason? They didn’t want to raise prices.
So instead they want you to think you’re getting a good price and surprise you on the check instead.
Slow service, 15 mins to take my order. It wasnt dinner time yet, there was two other tables in my area full. I came in at 5 pm.
The food was decent, and there’s other stuff I wanted to come back and try but this whole hiding fees doesn’t sit well with me and I wont be returning based on this. The excuse is weak and unacceptable. Its criminal, its deceitful and it’s wrong.

This is the best restaurant by far near me. The menu is huge and the food is great regardless of the order. The service is superb with sincere and careful attention to each customer. In particular, I would like to commend Nikki who bartends there weekdays. She is really good at her job as well as friendly, knowledgeable and great with the customers. She is an individual who obviously is a first-rate employee who cares about doing great work and providing great service. She makes each customer at the bar feel like they are her top priority. When I’m there it’s like being at home. She is truly an unusually outstanding service provider. I am certain she is a tremendous asset to the success of the Main Street Pub.

We placed a to go order on a Sunday evening and OMG, never again. We ordered two cups of spc soup and turkey club deluxe and when I tell you I was extremely disappointed in our food. The soup was lumpy with actual pieces of flour left behind from making the roux.it had absolutely no seasoning and that’s after sprinkling a pinch of salt and pepper. The sandwich was edible but smashed in the box. I’ve eaten at their West Main location and the cook is a hell of a lot better. Save your money.

Had 3 different orders I picked up for my friends. Every order had something wrong- the soup cups weren’t even filled up halfway, side of fries for the portabella wrap were pretty much non existent, club wrap came with tomato when I asked for no tomato on it and potato skins had zero potato in them. None of the food was hot but yet we had to wait when we picked it up because “it wasn’t ready” then they forgot a total of 4 sides of ranch for all meals, forgot the chipotle ranch for the onion rings. Not to mention the girl who took my order had no idea what she was doing, she kept asking me to repeat things, blaming the system for being slow and told me she couldn’t put my soup in because it doesn’t let her select the soup. Never will return to this location. See pictures for all the things I just complained about.

My wife ordered carry out for me, I love getting the pick three, potato skins, mozzarella sticks and chicken tenders. I got three scrawny little tenders, three burnt potato skins and no marinara sauce.I was so udderly dissatisfied. I certainly don’t plan on going back anytime soon.

The serving size was a bit smaller than I expected but that was the only complaint that I have for the entire restaurant. The staff was super friendly even though it was packed for a game. This is something that I appreciate a lot. The drinks were also mixed well and the crowd seemed pretty chill.
