I was 4th in line at the drive-thru. I ordered a quarter pounder without cheese and a quarter pounder with cheese but no ketchup, and a medium fry. I attempted to double chexk my order at the first window but was ignored so I checked the receipt,the order was correct . I moved to the 2nd window where I was directed to sit in the #4 online orpick up spot. I received my order 15 minutes later. The fries were cold ( i thought they would be hot for as long as I waited), the first-quarter pounder I ordered with cheese was correct. The second quarter pounder had no cheese, but it did have ketchup. The burgers were also cold, and the patties tasted like they were dipped in water. I was very disappointed but I did not turn around. This is the second time that I had bad service at this particular, McDonald’s.
But I let the first time go, because it was my first time there. Also, I did notice this mcdonald’s is priced higher than all of the other mcdonald’s In that same area. I will not be going back to this particularMcdonald’s, due to the bad service, bad food and higher prices. Even though it is closest to me and more convenient.

Look I understand being stressed at a fast food place when working, but I’ve ordered 3 times from this place all three times the heavily messed up. I tried to call just to tell them that someone there isn’t doing good, I didn’t even want a refund. So I called and the manager was the one that picked up I explained the situation, and the whole time she gave me attitude and tried to say what was wrong with the order couldn’t have been them because they never mess up like that, she straight up told me I was wrong and just pissed me off to the point I hung up.

Basket of fries i ordered were completely undercooked and soggy. Very disappointed especially when they had to come back amd get my receipt to see what i ordered. Won’t go back to this one.

I have had problems with this McDonalds in the past. Cold food, frappes that taste and look horrible and when you call to let them know about poor service, they don’t seem to care. For the amount of money you pay to eat here, I will go elsewhere.

I wish I didn’t lose the receipt, but I wanted to give a big thank you to the man who helped me a bit with me not knowing how to use the app. It was around 6:45pm, 9/22, and I went inside. It was only for a large order of fries, but I just wanted to let him, your store, and anyone who sees this that I appreciate it and his awesome customer service.

Very disjointed operation. Everything was massive wait time. Plus, soda machine was taken down and customers were given empty cups. And then also missing items from orders and no way to sort it out.

I went to this McDonald’s early in the morning they were busy but still managed to get me in and out. The cashier was really nice. It was clean. Good prices for okay food like always. Its modern and updated which makes it feel more welcoming. I still wish they would have all day lunch though.

The only reason why I don’t give them a one star is because I just think that would be very rude of me. For starters you don’t yell at the drive thru window the persons name who is placing an order and also who is paying for their meal. Also why would you serve buffalo sauce like this

The employees were very nice. We ordered at curbside. It didn’t take too long. The food was meh. The chicken sandwich seemed burned and wasn’t hot. It looked like it was just tossed together. It was off the side of the bun. The fries didn’t taste seasoned and lacked flavor. The ranch wrap was lacking ranch dressing. My 4 yr old granddaughter enjoyed her Happy Meal but, we ordered cheese and it came without cheese. We did get it replaced.
