Joanna thats on shift today. Got my order wrong so she wants me to drive up there even though I had it delivered to me.Now someone coming and pick my pazza up to inspect it so that I’m not lying. So I gotta leave the Pizza order outside on the floor.She said “she will have it picked up to be inspected” can somebody help me @contact corporate*** cause? I’m certain they’re not supposed to take food back food but here you go. I don’t want you to think I ate your Pizza. It’s outside like you asked for.

I gave this place one star bc I had to. I couldn’t give them a zero. I spent over $80 on my order. I paid for extra sauce, extra cheese and extra pepperoni. It was definitely a big disappointment when I got home to feed the family. The pizza was not what I paid for. None of the extras I paid for had any of it. The pan pizza that should be buttery and golden was very dry and no butter on the crust. Pizza Hut should really just go out of business. If you guys want a real Pan Pizza go to Pizza Inn on Magnum. Now that’s a real delicious Pan pizza. @PizzaHut you should do better

Overall I had such an amazing experience at this Pizza Hut. The service was amazing all the employees were extremely helpful and caring. The pizza and wings I ordered were hot and fresh and the store was clean and wiped down. I think this is one of the best Pizza Hut locations I’ve been to. Thank you for such amazing service and getting my food to me in such a timely manner

This is the absolute worst Pizza Hut to order delivery from!!!! EVERY single time I ever order delivery from here my order was always wrong then the manager on duty say he will give me a credit but never do… the last time I ordered delivery They didn’t have any drivers so they had DoorDash bring my food and the driver stole 85 dollars and the food; after paying and getting my food I seen my order was wrong so I gave the pizza back the driver was supposed to come back with my order and my change ! Pizza Hut refused to remake my order or give me my money back when it was them who sent the driver to me!!! If you must order from here do carry out ONLY!!! That’s the only way to insure your order would be done correctly!

Worst experience ever. So I had one woman say 30 minute wait, then the other girl say an hour. After that. Some man was like “you should’ve paid online” and then when he got the order he was like “it’s just that simple” then I hear in Spanish “she should’ve ordered online it’s faster”
Then other people are skipping me when it should have been a line. They chose other people and refused to order on my behalf. I will be reporting this not only to corporate but the BBB. This is horrible customer service, you knew on New Year’s Eve how busy it would be. But I get skipped? That is a very liable risk because she didn’t mention no wait times to anyone else but me. As an insurance agent I can say, companies have been sued for less but discrimination? Come on now.

I ordered from this location a few days ago and the order was 28 and I gave them 40 they told me there going to bring my change so they gave me points I was otp with the lady yesterday and said hey can I have a new York pizza for delivery she said it will be ready in 15 I was suprise she didn’t ask for my address so I called bc 2 hours passed and they said they were otw another hour pasted I called and she said oh we put it for carry out and I said I said delivery and I said can I get my points back so now I get no pizza bc she didn’t listen correctly

It’s the worst pizza hut I have ever dealt with, and apparently, the franchisee could care less from all the negative reviews it has. I ordered a big New Yorker and added mushrooms and olives. What I got looks like their xl shoved in a pan pizza box. It was cold, only had the mushrooms and olives, and it took them an hour and 45 minutes to deliver. The manager refused to listen to me and was very rude. I told her, “Did I need to call corporate, and she said you can if you want. The manager could have cared less, and I will never order from that location again.

Very disappointing when this order was received. I don’t understand how they are okey sending a order out for delivery looking like this. Manager was apologetic and fixed a new order the following day. It was greatly appreciated but Management needs to get a bit stricter on employees that slack off and give the store bad reviews.
