I stopped in for a quick bit and the heat in the dining room wasn’t working on a day it was below freezing outside. The staff were making lots of inappropriate jokes with lots of shouting. The food was good and hot but I couldn’t feel my hands by the time we left. I hope they get this sorted out quickly for everyone including the staff.

Just the manager needs trained in customer service because she is very rude! Unprofessional even though this is a fast food restaurant you don’t have to talk to people rudely even if they are talking to you rudely! Please be kind you don’t know what the customer had to go through just to get a Wendy’s meal!

Each visit for breakfast the morning staff is never friendly and the food is always cold. The only reason we come to this one is because it’s in route to my children’s school and they like Wendy’s breakfast. There’s days I wish I had the time to commute further because I don’t like spending my money where customer service isn’t priority. And the fact that we visit before 8am there’s no reason we aren’t served HOT FOOD!

Sat in the drive through for at least more than thirty minutes. People before us received their food first, and walk-ins that came way after us also received their food first. Last time my family and I will EVER enjoy Wendy’s again. Terrible service. It’s a shame the food quality doesn’t match the service quality. Train your employees better.

Nice size Wendy’s with a secure seating set up. I had their sausage egg and Swiss cheese on a croissant combo with a medium coffee. I also had a sausage egg and cheese on a biscuit. I dined in. My service Ms. Kimberly was a sweetheart. All other staff members were friendly also. They also have mobile Parking on both sides of the fast food restaurant. Decent prices.

I only have 30 minutes for lunch any given day. I asked for a simple combo, and from entering the building to FINALLY being given my food, i had waited 20 minutes. And they weren’t even remotely busy. The staff here is disjointed and easily distracted by one another and all around lacking when it comes to proper customer service.

This gotta be one of the most struggling Wendy’s on the East side of town. Waiting for food when there is literally no one inside or in the drive thru, talkn bout “can you park?”
They also allowed me to order online, drive all the way there just
to tell me they didnt have what I ordered. A phone call or a notification on the app would have literally been Basic Customer Service!!!! And then ask me do I want my money back and try to give it to me in cash, how? If I paid online.
Also, sometimes I feel like they lie and say they dont have something because they just dont want to do the work.
I know its hard out here but whats a better day for you and those you serve is being content and happy with what you chose to do.

DON’T GO TO THIS WENDYS. I’m at student at Capital University and have tried this Wendy’s so many times and yet every time, they mess up my order. ALWAYS MISSING SOMETHING. The place is kind of a joke compared to all the other Wendy’s I’ve been to. I highly recommend u just go somewhere else that’s nearby. I will never go to this Wendy’s again.

I’ve given this Wendy’s multiple chances—both through DoorDash and in person—and they never seem to get the order right. Something is always missing or incorrect, no matter what I order or how simple it is. The food itself is fine when it’s right, but the consistency and attention to detail just aren’t there. If you order from here, just be prepared that something will probably be wrong

I walked in the lobby. None of the employees I saw were wearing anything from Wendy’s itself. There was one customer off to the side waiting for his order. Nobody else was at the front of the store. I was never greeted, spoken to, or acknowledged in any way I could register. After five minutes of being ignored, I went elsewhere.
