It’s usually good until I order later in the day…. I door dashed my food twice and both times they gave it to me wrong….. I ordered a black bean grilled cheese burrito …… and they sent a beef burrito. I called them to let them know that I need a black bean burrito and that I had to pay full price because I only got refunded for the black beans …. Well you’d think the phone call was gonna work. I re ordered and ordered a black beans burrito and got sent another beef burrito…. I call again… she then has concern and asks the person who made it and came back to the phone laughing saying that the person that is making the food “ can’t read lol” like “ lol are you going to refund me my money” ….. like nothing is funny….i don’t eat meat…

Firstly I walk in to the front to order and I am immediately told by the employee, who was standing there doing nothing, that I needed to go use the self check out kiosks. So I go “okay?” and walk over to begin my order. While he for the record continued to stand there and do nothing. People are so lazy nowadays and will do the absolute bare minimum to get a paycheck.
Previous to arriving I was online looking at the menu deciding on what I wanted and saw the options and their prices. I look at the prices on the kiosk to see that there is a $3 up charge at this location. I ask an employee why that is the case and she says “this location is just more expensive for some reason.” Which makes no sense to me whatsoever that Taco Bell can provide their menu and prices online, but when you go to get the food suddenly they can price gouge you?
The only reason I even gave this two stars is that the order was correct when given to me and the food was good.

Update! Went back yo this taco bell. Food was good. Not greasy. Service was good. Didnt see their health department score. The one on fairborn stays at 100.

This is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been. It seems like family owned and the taste of the food showed love. The customer service was A1 and they filled every taco…. they didn’t cheat with the meat

Its been awhile since eating there,so I went but the food wasn’t great. Filling, but flavor wisenot so much. Tacos dry and already broken so the bottom fell out. Maybe another day and time might be better.

First time here in a log time and I was pleasantly surprised. Had to use an automated machine to order, which was no biggie, and they promptly had my food ready in a few minutes. The restaurant was neat and clean too. The manager was doing a great job with limited employees

4th time in two weeks. No answer at drive thru. Door locked. Knock on the door, and just get looked at from enployees playing on their phone in the lobby. Management must be embarrassed but wouldn’t be surprised if this was normal.

Asked for a chicken quesadilla, and they didn’t bother to cut the food. So how am I supposed to eat these when they are like this? It’s disappointing, but the food is cooked well. I also paid $2 over the usual from the other taco bell, which usually gets my order right the first time. $2 extra for a un cut quesadilla? Yeah, it seems legit.
