All I can say is this McDonald’s was friendly gave great customer service and honestly, everybody didn’t look like they were overworked. They might be, but they didn’t look at and again they were friendly. The service was the fastest that me and my husband have ever had with a McDonald’s And hopefully the owner the company or management gives kudos to the team that served me and my husband this morning through the drive-through, all of you were amazing just absolutely amazing and the individual person with the red hair absolutely phenomenal in my opinion.

Got a burger with a BITE already taken of it at this location and was given a gift card. Disgusting. The manager was decent about it.
Went there again on January 10th or 11th… why I ever went back after having that experience… idk… convenience?
But anyways, I had an issue with my order at the window, and a staff member raises her voice at me to go to the back of the line instead of taking my order at the window like any normal business would when something went wrong… Just awful customer service 101. I left, and I’ll never be back.
To go on… This place can’t even get their hours right on google for the past 15 years. You show up when it says its open, just to be let down that its closed. What a joke. Can’t take 10 minutes out of their day to update it after 15+ YEARS of being wrong on google…
Other than that, calling the food mediocre would be generous.
All in all, definitely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

I did a pickup order and didn’t receive an item. I went through the drive through and was told to go to the second window. Never have I felt more disrespected by the second window person before. I had the online receipt and everything she was extremely rude and aggressive. The only reason I am giving it 2 stars instead of one is the manager was quick to make sure I received my missing item. He did a great job of handling the situation.

The servers were very and we got our food very quickly and the restaurant itself was pretty clean for a fast food place, but the food was a HUGE let down even for a McDonald’s. The fries were very cold and stale and had no salt on them and the McCrispy strips were so tough I could barely bite into them.

My food sat on the counter by where they bag it for 5 plus minutes. One guy was walking around eating. A lady was acting like she was pushing a cart of product. She move a foot then stop for 30 seconds to a minute. Then she would do it again. Once my food was bagged it should of immediately been handed to me. Cold food sucks.

Sat in the drive thru already ordered my breakfast because the wait in line took me past 11 they canceled my order instead of making my breakfast proceeded to tell me they don’t have it. Horrible service that manager was completely unapologetic shouldn’t have that position.

This was one of the nicest, cleanest McDonald’s I’ve been to in a while. They have a playscape & the employees bring your food to you when you dine in.

The lobby was very clean. The cashiers at the front were very nice. They were young teenagers, but still very nice and very respectable. There was a hair embedded in my fry. I showed it to them and they dropped me a brand new fresh batch instead of just giving me some that we’re sitting underneath the heat lamps. I definitely will go back again, but they should definitely wear hairnets I know when I was working at McDonald’s as a young teenager and young adult the hairnets were major to wear.
