Great food, great service, nice atmosphere. Don’t come if you are in a hurry or trying to stay healthy lol. Food is greasy in the best way and is like a fine art, it takes forever so great place to go when you want long conversations and time with friends or family.

I loved Russ’ Restaurant! The family-friendly atmosphere is chill and relaxed, which made for a really enjoyable visit. Our server was speedy and super friendly. Everyone in our group enjoyed their food. I personally got the chopped steak, which was very good. One person in our group got the soup and salad combo and really liked it. Another got the kids’ chicken tenders meal and was happy with it. Lastly, someone got the hot hamburger sandwich and thought it was great.
The only thing worth noting is that the Strawberry Shortcake is made with pound cake instead of biscuits. I personally prefer the biscuit-style version, but other than that, everything was amazing. Highly recommend!

Can’t go wrong with Russ’ they have been around for over 80 years and there’s a reason why. Still decent value for your money and some good traditional dishes. We had dinner this time and I really like the turkey Ruben sandwich. We also really like their what appears to be homemade onion rings. If you go before 7pm they also have a nice salad bar with soups and you also get a baked potato. I wish they offered a way to add the salad bar to a meal but you can only get it stand alone. The Grand haven location did a great job with fast fresh and friendly service (this visit by Nicole who was very nice and working hard – which you don’t see everywhere these days . We will be back.

Well first of all the hot turkey sandwich is canned turkey from the welfare department I believe. The same exact consistency creamed turkey. The prices are way high just like many other restaurants which will keep the older generation out of Russ’s. In my opinion they have gone to the dogs like many others. The gravy on the hot sandwiches is canned very poor tasting watery. I am very unpleased with Russ’s restaurant I used to love it here but like all others after COVID they went to the dogs. This country has went to the dogs. God bless Mr Trump for trying to straighten this out a little

Nice enough. Family friendly. More traditional foods like meatloaf, chicken strips, salads, soups, chicken, potatoes, hamburgers, sandwiches and more. Three adults ate for $50 not including the tip. I’ll go again.

We had gone to Russ’ for a grandfather in-laws 95th birthday. Our waitress Ailea was so nice and amazing! She had cleaned up a few messes with no issues and the service was great. The food didn’t take long to get out to our table considering there was a bit to bring out. The food tasted great and the menu price was reasonable. I really like this place and would go again.

Pretty sure this place made me sick. Went there last night. Was a busy day for me so it was the only thing i ate. And later that night i puked everywhere and it was green and the location smelled weird and it was oddly expensive. 41$ for 2 sammichs and a kids mac n cheese

Ordered take out tonite. A perch dinner which turned out to be the worst fish I’ve ever seen. Breading was doughy, sliding off and not cooked. Was extremely disappointed in Russ’. Food quality has gone way down. The pick two with the Slim Gem and Cheesy broccoli soup was ok. Zero napkins or utensils in take out bag. This is our 2nd visit this month. We will not be back.

To start off,walked in-said hello. No response from the lady at register. She sat us, dropped menus on table. Walked away, very rude.
Got lasagna, not impressed. Small portion, bad choice. Side salad was wilted lettuce, 1slice of tomato, cucumber. Didn’t eat it.
The best thing there was the waitress.
