We had a great experience at Denny’s thanks to our waitress, Amanda. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Our drinks stayed full, the food came out quickly, and she checked on us just the right amount without being intrusive. Amanda’s positive attitude and great customer service really made our visit enjoyable. It’s always nice to see someone who truly cares about making sure guests have a good experience. Love diners. Did not love the food this time. The Bourban chicken skillet, had so much sauce, it was like soup. If you stick to just the breakfast menu. It seems to work out.

I had a great experience at Denny’s! The service was excellent — the staff worked together so well, and you could really see the teamwork. My food came out hot, fresh, and super quick. Everything was delicious, and the hashbrowns were perfectly crispy just the way they should be. Overall, a really tasty and enjoyable meal. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Cheyenne was soooo amazing! She waited patiently as we waited for the rest of our group to show up, she made sure that we all had drinks that never ran low. She was able to get all our orders correct and gave them to us in a timely manner. The food was fresh and hot. We all got different things but everyone was please with what they ordered.
Cheyenne was super welcoming and friendly. She checked on us often making sure all our needs were met. I hope we get seated in her area the next time we come, which will be soon!

went into Denny’s for dinner tonight, Monday, February 2. We waited about 10 minutes to be seated, which was reasonable. After that, it took another 25 minutes for our food to arrive. The food looked great when it finally came out, and it was decent.
The real problem was the service. The servers were noticeably unfriendly and seemed irritated that we were even there. There was no welcome, no smiles, and no basic courtesy like a “have a good night.” The overall attitude was cold and uninviting, which really took away from the experience.
Waiting isn’t a big deal, but good customer service matters, and this visit fell short

Got a plate of ala carte fries ($4.59) and they brought out 15 fries (not exaggerating), when asked if I could get more they said that was their side. Pancakes were good though! The person serving us was new but she was nice, only complaint is the fries and the flies lol.

Went in Sunday for lunch and they were extremely busy. Had to wait a bit for a table. After we were seated the manager came over and apologized for the wait and applied a discount. Well managed diner with customer service a top priority. Refreshing to see that one-on-one customer service again!

Called in to place an order for pickup. The lady who answered said that I couldn’t do that, that I had to go in store or place online. Well, since it’s my lunch break, I wanted to order over the phone and go pick up and pay cash… guess that’s not an option anymore. They should really change the “order by phone option” if it’s no longer an option, or talk to the remedial lady who clearly needs to be trained at her job better.
