Whoever was working the drive thru on Tuesday, December 30th at 8PM is absolutely PRECIOUS. She was very sweet and endearing. Service was extremely fast, and she put my extra cheese on the side instead of on the sandwich so it wasn’t as messy. She is the epitome of excellent service. The kind of service we had back in the late 90s, early 2000s. The kind that lets you know they care about the customer, and representing their brand. I just wish I had a name to give, because she truly deserves the highest praise. She’s also the reason I choose this Arby’s to fill that fast casual desire.

I ordered the garlic ribeye steak sandwich meal, it was cold. The crispy onion was not on it, the garlic aïoli sauce wasn’t on it and It was smashed flat and very sloppy. The curly fries was cold as well.

The girl was polite and the food tasted fine which is what got them 2 stars. I order at 10:35 sat night. It was the classic crispy chicken (#11) with Large fries and Large drink, 2 pizza sliders and a 6 count order of mozzarella sticks. They had me pull around and park to wait for my food. I got all the way home and they gave me a half filled small container of fries. Of course I tried to call but they’d already closed and didn’t answer. I don’t understand they have letter on the sides so how can anyone mix up a small for a large. Oh when I pulled up it was just one car before me also waiting. Then as I waited like 4 more cars pulled up into the drive thru and I checked my receipt I was charged for Large fries not small. I hate not getting what I paid for, so irritating.
