I don’t give too many 5 star ratings, but Culver’s earned it! I’m not sure how I’ve bypassed this place for so long but I’m glad I finally went in. I’ve eaten here several times now just to verify that I was really experiencing what I was experiencing. Every time, the level of courtesy and professionalism and yummyness of the food has been top-notch! Whatever they are doing they are doing it right! Food, employees, cleanliness, atmosphere, values… Excellent! Culver’s is my new goto, hands down. Well done!

This was the worst experiencia at a Culvers. I am from Wi and i have never been through something like this. We waited 45 minutes for our food,, and when I went to the front to ask for my order , they indicated , they were Running Behind. I Told the gal that i had asked for my order that was unacceptable. I asked to speak to a manager, my order wasn’t even in the que to be made. They built it based off my receipt. They had lost my order. There were two other families that their orders were lost as well. And after all of that chaos , they gave me the wrong salad. NOT GOOD !!!!!

This was my first visit and it exceeded my expectations. I had a coupon for a BOGO butterburger and I added on onion rings and a frozen custard. The food was tasty with reasonable prices. The onion rings were hot and crispy. The burger had a good bun and fresh veggies (tomato, red onion and lettuce) and I loved the pickles. The frozen custard was rich and creamy.
Everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful. The seating areas were nice, comfortable and everything was clean. I like that you can order from your table using your phone. Oh yeah, and they serve Heinz ketchup (the real deal) which is a plus.

Usually do the drive through & wait time is good. Food seems to be higher quality than other fast foods, so this is a nice change. Hopefully they don’t cut corners as they get more popular, as the others did, cuz that’s where the others lost business

We pulled into Culver’s for burgers and custard. The store was clean and comfortable. There was only a short wait at the counter and our food came out quicker than we expected. The burgers were very good, as usual, and the custard is always our favorite. I always take note of the landscaping around a restaurant and this one was attractively maintained. That makes a good first impression. The condition of the inside was great too, everything was clean and modern. Many other fast food restaurants should maintain the high standards of this Culver’s location.

First time Culver’s experience. Very positive. Even before entering the building an employee greeted us which I assume was coming back inside from break. Then at the counter 5 or so employees welcomed us again. We chose the 6 butterfly shrimp platter served with crinkle cut french fries, cole slaw and a roll along with lemon wedges and cocktail sauce. Self-serve drink station. Food is delivered to your table based on a number system. Food was fresh and delivered fast. Will definitely return and next time save room for dessert!

My first time coming here. I had the double butter burger and it was great, especially for the price. I also got the mashed potatoes and they only filled the container up half way, which was annoying. The people were friendly and the food came out fast.

I liked this place, but for the price I would probably go somewhere else that wasn’t fast food. $35 for two people to get an average sized lunch at a drive through fast food place was a bit much. The service was very friendly and efficient. We got a Reuben sandwich that was rather dry but still good. It just needed more sauce. The fries were really good and hot. The burger we got was actually pretty smooshed on the bottom of the bag, but it was still tasty. The shakes we got were very tasty, but not as good as what we expected for the price, and for being a frozen custard place. I would try it again, perhaps dining inside next time to see what it was like.
