Thank you for the 3 free donuts for my birthday. I went into your Washington store and ordered 6 donuts. At checkout, the bill was $14.18! That is more than $2 for each donut!! I asked the price for 12 and the cashier said $18.18. I said then give me 6 more and charge $18.18. She said she could not do that since my 3 free were already rung up. I don’t believe that she could not void my purchase and ring 12 donuts. It was near closing and I think she was not taking extra time for me. Next time I feel like having another $2 donut, I’ll be back!!

I just paid $14 for 6 doughnuts!! I asked why they were so expensive, she told me because they’re assorted.
I got 2 original, 3 maple and 1 creme filled. I will never go back there & I really do love the doughnuts but I will not pay that much for so little!

Nothing like going in for coffee and doughnuts and the workers were all sitting at the tables drinking frozen drinks and not waiting to wait on customers. Then saying they are out of caramel for the frozen coffee while rolling her eyes and you could plainly see it sitting there. Worst customer service

Brady gave fast and kind service. My only complaint is you dont have an option to tip by card payment. Workers are providing excellent service should be able to accept tips!

Come on 1-29-26 at 6:20pm for the new Hershey donuts and there bs excuse is we are out for the night! How you guys close at 10pm!!! Still have 3.5hours so learn how to stock your items especially when you’re off a main highway!

If I could give negative I would. These people NEVER….I mean NEVEERRR answer the phone. I live 2 hours away, am 7 weeks pregnant, and want KK donuts so bad I’m drooling. But guess what? They NEVER answer their phone. On their website they are out of almost every single dang donut. Freaking ridiculous. Especially considering this was the case for the whole day yesterday (2/11/26) and now today (2/12/26) and it’s freaking only 8:30 AM!
I tried yesterday to give the benefit of the doubt….they are the only KK around the Pittsburgh area… not to mention all the other smaller towns like Washington (where they are precisely located) and Cannonsburg….I’m sure it gets busy busy busy. But to not answer the phone again today….and still be out and it’s only 8 am…dude…..get your crap together. Looks like I’m driving almost 3 hours to Charleston.
Shame.
If y’all are waiting on a shipment…maybe put a banner on your website informing us all of just that…you know.:.so people stop blowing up your phone asking when your gonna have donuts again…. Just saying?!

Wanted to try Krispy Kreme as I’ve never had it. Got a 3 pack and was not disappointed. They were missing a few donuts from the menu, but that’s no surprise as I wan an hour before closing. Got the original glazed, chocolate iced with fall sprinkles, and the pumpkin spice cake. Lobby was closed due to renovations so had to go in drive thru. Overall great experience
