First timer here. I ordered online and picked up in store. I’m a sides person so I ordered a few sides and a thought i should at least try some sort of meat so I got a chopped brisket sandwich.
Sandwich: 3/5 Bun was a little dry and hard and the meat was dry. I thought i had requested BBQ but came with just meat.
Mac & cheese: 2/5. Tasted like frozen and dethawed Mac.
Beans: 5/5. Full of flavor, meat and tasted homemade.
Coleslaw: 4/5. No comments just tasted like average Coleslaw
Potatoe Salad: 4/5. Nice dill/ranch flavor.
Since I spent over $20 I got to choose a free stacker so I got the strawberry shortcake and it was 1/5. Had very little flavor. It was packaged super cute and I was very excited for it and only had like 3 bites.
Service: 5/5 through workers here are kind from the moment you step in the door till you leave.

During my recent cross-country trip, I had the opportunity to stop here for dinner. The restaurant appeared well-maintained and inviting. I ordered the four ribs along with two sides. The ribs were tender and flavorful; however, they were served lukewarm, which slightly impacted my overall experience. On a positive note, the sides—baked beans and a loaded baked potato salad—were quite enjoyable.

We were traveling and needed a quick bite. This place was fast. Food was ready when we ordered and was hot and fresh. Portions were large so you got your money worth. Pretty tasty BBQ for it being a chain. Restaurant was clean and staff was very friendly.

Great BBQ. We were in town visiting for thanksgiving and had no way of cooking. After having lunch here( never been to one. We don’t have these in the east) we loved it so much that we ordered a few racks of ribs and corn on the cob. Wrapped it in foil tight on 250 thanksgiving day and had one of the best meals ever!! Thank you for making such good food.!

Came here after an unsuccessful attempt to go to Fuzzy’s next door. Boy, am I glad that Fuzzy’s didn’t work out because this place is DELICIOUS! I went through the drive through and the girl- I think her name was Leah- was so nice and cheerful! It took a few minutes to get my order but that is okay because not only did she apologize for the wait but the food was well-worth waiting for! AMAZING! The tacos- brisket and pulled pork- were overflowing with ingredients, the queso and BBQ Ranch sauce are so good, the mac-n-cheese was creamy and yummy, and the sausage sandwich was great! You get lots of condiments, napkins, and utensils with your order. The prices are reasonable for all you get! Definitely would come back here when in the area!

Good ‘Que for the price and better than you would expect to find off a highway. The staff was super friendly and the portions were bigger than I expected. The sides were a bit lacking, but the star of the show- the meat- was very well prepared.

Broke 2 plastic forks trying to eat the spud… don’t think they cook it the full 3 hours like they advertise….
Sliced beef brisket is good. Sides and sauces are okay.
Overall if I’m back in hays, KS I’d give this place another visit. But if this location was in a city I wouldn’t be coming back anytime soon.

First of all what an environment and the food i almost thought I was in KC fall off the bone ribs, slice brisket that was moist and flavorful! Who ever runs this place is doing an incredible job great service great food seemed really busy! Staff unfazed and very friendly! I need one of these in Wichita I can’t do hog wild any longer

Slightly below average for chain BBQ. We tried the brisket, pork, Mac and cheese was basic, baked beans, coleslaw, nachos and Mac and cheese bowl. The sauces all tasted similar and were pretty plain. The place was clean and staff was friendly.
