Decided to go inside to place a a to go order because of the amount of cars in the drive thru, a customer ordered $189 of food at the drive thru and would not pull up so other drive thru customers with smaller orders could go home with their food. Anyway, I had ever been inside to place an order, they have the self order touch screens and I could not for the life of me find the items that I wanted to order. A nice employee came out of the kitchen and showed me how to find the items when she noticed that I had been trying for a while. I really appreciated her help a lot because I was getting ready to give up and leave to go somewhere else.

Went a little after midnight, and ordered the steak fry nachos. When I got home, my husband found a screw in his loaded fries! We weren’t upset, just concerned that this could’ve ended badly! I called the manager this morning just to let them know and make them aware because this is a serious health and safety hazard. After telling her there was a screw in our food, she replied “I don’t even know where a screw could’ve came from, but my apologies” and that was the end of that phone call. Please be careful and aware!

I ordered mobile for in store pick up. It’s 1122a. The front door is locked. I can’t cancel my order. I can see 6 cars ahead of me now in the drive through line.
If the doors are going to be locked, don’t offer walk in pick up. I opted for walk in to avoid having to drive through.
If I can’t get what I ordered (service, not product), give me a chance to cancel my order.
If it’s a staffing problem, don’t allow mobile ordering.

The employees fail to read the instructions and added a sauce that I am highly allergic to. I had an allergic reaction due to their inability to read.

We ordered several items containing potato’s. We said to just sub in beans. They forgot to give us a potato taco though. Which we knew would need to be a beef taco now. We go in to get the taco and they keep telling us to give the beans back. We had the correct amount of beans that were subbed for potato’s. But we needed the beef taco to replace the potato taco. They were rude and refused to give us what we paid for.

Evidently there is an employee that is taking ingredients home. I was charged for 12 sides of sour cream ($7.20) which I didn’t order or receive but I was not charged for the sweet tea and freeze that I did order and receive. Only thing I can see is someone is taking ingredients home or dipping into the drawer. Make sure you check your receipts here.

They always have the doors locked after 7. I get not wanting people to come in and dine so late but at least let us get our pickup order and not wait an hour in line till our food is cold. The service is so bad, employees are rude (specifically the short blonde skinny girl) and they ALWAYS mess up our order, not one time we went has the order been right. This is the last time we will be here. This place just needs to be shut down at this point.

Very small entrance with limited parking. No th for large travel trailers or semi trucks. Upon going inside almost fell due to wet floor, no sign out. Entered men’s restroom to wash hands all was well. Wife said water all over women’s restroom floor. Inside restaurant was so cold I had to go outside to retrieve my coat. Ordered the number 3 and food was as ordered. Chairs are grungy looking and outdated. Service was fast and friendly. Due to overall condition I give this a 3 star.

Bit into my burrito and there was a hard part I couldn’t chew, turned out to be finger nail!! This place was so much better years ago but now workers just lazy, nasty etc. Not eating here anymore.
