This was my second visit within the past three months, and as usual, I sat at the bar. During my previous visit, the bartender on duty was notably inattentive. At one point, she mentioned she was going on break and told me that another bartender would take care of me if I decided to close out. I responded immediately to her before she walked away that I was ready to check out, she simply turned away and walked off without informing anyone that I was ready to pay. That experience left a negative impression, and I chose not to leave a tip that evening.
I decided to give the establishment another chance and returned during the World Series. Unfortunately, the same bartender was working again. I initially attempted to avoid interaction by ordering through the other bartender, but after a brief exchange between them, the same bartender ended up serving me once more. I ordered a drink that was made incorrectly, and although she did correct it after I mentioned the issue, her approach was careless—she simply gave me another glass without the beer in it so i can correct the drink myself with the correct tajin coated glass. Any experienced bartender knows that a beer cannot be re-poured without losing carbonation and quality.
At this point, I’m unsure whether the service issues stem from a prior misunderstanding or a general lack of professionalism, but either way, the experience has been consistently disappointing.

Interesting spot. I didn’t have any food but my friend did and said it was good. I went there to shoot pool.
They have amazing predator tables, with young clientele that don’t take care of the tables. Balls are chipped and dirty, tables have crud/crumbs all over them.
Angelique helped me when I got my table and she was an angel. Her service and another blonde gentleman who’s name I forgot (I’m sorry) were great. So was Keisha who was my server. I’d go back to shoot again sometime possibly. Nice tables, could be cleaned better.

Firehouse is hands down one of the best spots for a fun night out. Their poker nights with Sunshine Poker League are next-level. The atmosphere is always buzzing in the best way. Tons of tables, great games, and a crowd that’s friendly and welcoming.
The space is huge with plenty of room to relax, eat, and play. There’s delicious food, fast and friendly service, and so many things to do. Between poker, arcade games, and pool, you’ll never be bored.

I wanted to enjoy my visit to Firehouse, but the experience was inconsistent and frustrating.First, our server was nowhere to be found at times, which made ordering drinks and checking in take much longer than it should have. It felt like we were forgotten more than once. The biggest letdown was the Mermaid Water drink. We ordered it three times, and all three were completely different.The first one was actually really good.The second was basically flavorless.The third tasted like straight Malibu, with none of the balance the first one had. On top of that, the presentation was inconsistent. The first drink came in a different glass than the other two, and the third one didn’t even have the orange slice or cherry that the other drinks came with. If it’s the same drink, it should look and taste the same every time. The food was good, and honestly that’s the only reason this place gets 2 stars instead of 1. If the service and bar consistency were better, this could have been a much stronger experience but as it stands, it fell short.

Had a fun time here for the early part of my little sister’s 21st birthday, server was great and friendly.

Over all it was a great place to hang out the food was great and the games were great my family an I bowled. But honestly the waitress I felt was to in your face with my husband, and I was the one who gave her my card to put on file, and she never asked my children or I if we needed anything only him, until I got tired and told her look I’m the one thats paying he ain’t got no money Her name was Cheyenne. So the food was a 5 star and her service was a 2 star

Not enough help. We had a 1:15 reservation. Arrived early, had to wait for the lady to help others before they cleaned our shoes, so far 30 minutes waiting to get our order taken. Had to wait 10 minutes and chase down someone just to pay for a soda when we were already finished bowling and ready to leave- some of the worst service ever.

We enjoyed watching the World Series on the numerous big screen TVs above the lengthy bar. The food and drinks were good and the service was attentive. We plan to return to this establishment.
