First time in this coffee shop. They have good chai tea and pastries. They have a cute backyard. Definitely will come back again.

Such a great place for coffee with amazing house made coffee syrups! I always seek out places that make their own syrups- the Butterscotch is amazing, but my favorite is Marzipan! I’m obsessed with marzipan and it’s pretty much impossible to find this flavor anywhere, it’s so unique. I wish they would have it year round, I think it’s only around during the winter!

They have canned beer and food options as well, but I haven’t tried anything but the coffee. Highly recommend coming here!

This was another charming coffee shop, conveniently located just a short drive/bike ride from Seahurst Beach, has quickly become my go-to spot for a perfect cup of coffee.

The baristas here are exceptional—each cup is a finely crafted with attention to detail in every pour. Whether you’re in the mood for a rich espresso, tea, a smooth latte, or something more adventurous, they’ve got a wide variety of flavors to satisfy any craving. The quality of the coffee is consistently good, and you can taste the care and expertise in every sip.

The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it a great spot to unwind after a visit to the beach or to simply relax with a good book. In addition to their coffee, they offer a tempting selection of pastries and snacks, perfect for pairing with your drink. There’s also a small but curated collection of merchandise, adding a fun, local touch.

Overall – Great coffee, great vibes, and an unbeatable location near the beach—what more could you ask for?

The coffee was average. There was a long wait considering there was only 3 people in front of us. When we asked which drink was which (after ordering several), the staff didn’t know. They offered to remake them, but we had already waited quite a while. At the very least, drinks should be labeled. The establishment was clean and convenient parking. The cookie was dry, the ordering area was cramped, and there wasn’t much variety. On top of that, the starting tip option ranged from 18% to 25% yikes, for average coffee and food. Overall, the experience felt flat.

Great tasting coffee and even has vegan options. Loved the apple cider and mocha.
Very friendly staff.
The only minor issue is, the chairs are hostile and uncomfortable to seat. I hope they add a friendly seating arrangement.

Great little coffee shop. The environment had great vibes, barista had a smile and served us great coffee on a beautiful Saturday. They had seating inside but offered more outside in the back. What more could you ask for!?!

Lovely establishment with lovely people. So grateful they have GF/DF treats. It’s so popular it’s hard to find a table sometime but the outdoor patio will be lovely when the weather gets nicer!

Cozy coffee shop in downtown Burien. I recommend visiting if you are in the area or looking for something to do. When we arrived on a Saturday around 10am, the line was out the door, so be prepared for a bit of a wait. With that said, staff was plenty friendly and the coffee was good. We visited in November of 2025 and they were serving Olympia Coffee beans in their espresso. Great coffee, but we drove from Thurston county, so we could have found it closer I suppose.

Again, recommended visit. 4.5 stars.

Love Burien Press – most importantly, their coffee is on par with the best the Seattle area has to offer, and to top it off, their ambiance and staff are lovely. Their seasonal drinks are all incredible! The back patio is a great spot to work and hang on nicer days.

Current faves: the marzipan latte and the toasted lemonade with blue jasmine tea and lavender is blowing my mind! So good and unique. They also offer dairy and soy free breakfast options (when not sold out!)
