PLEASE READ: I decided to have a post Thanksgiving dinner cheat night for myself and the kids (11 boy, 8 girl) this Sunday evening. No leftovers or cooking required. Living nearby, and having the kids at the house, I placed the order online for pickup, so when I get there its ready. My order was 2 whoppers, 3 junior chicken sandwiches, and an order of one each mozzarella sticks, onions rings, and chicken sticks. After half an hour I take a walk to BK, get the order, go home, and set the table to eat. My son dove into his whopper, my daughter her chicken sticks, and me a chicken sandwich. I didnt open the bun, but just started eating. My son finishes up his whopper and says he’s putting his chicken sandwich, unopened, in the fridge for tomorrow. I finish mine and jump into my whopper. My daughter then unwraps her chicken sandwich and opens it up to pull out some of the lettuce. Her question was simple. “Dad, why does it look like someone was already eating my chicken?”. I told her I don’t have an answer but not to eat it. I packed up her sandwich and walked back to BK, waited patiently to speak to an employee and considerately tried to address my concerns gently and quietly. I wasn’t trying to cause a scene. I didn’t even want another sandwich. I just wanted them to know they may have a potential health or sanitation issue. The manager immediately gets very defensive and at first argues that this BK wasn’t even where it came from. When I told her it was here, 20 or so minutes ago, she loudly responds that can’t be true because the order was placed an hour ago, online. I told her I placed the order, then waited to come and get it. She walks back to the cook and unprofessionally starts yelling at him, asking if he put that food out. She then comes back and says he didn’t, but I can take my replacement sandwich and go. She then walks away to the back of the restaurant stating shes done with the conversation. The interaction was hostile, aggressive, terse, and condescending. I left, without a replacement because I didn’t want one. I didn’t even want my money back. It was $2. This was about a greater issue. Getting back home I remembered my sons sandwich in the fridge, unopened. When I checked it, it had the exact same problem. I should have just threw it out and let it go but I wanted them to understand they may have a real health or cleanliness issue that needs to be addressed. Walking back over I show them the new sandwich and the manager immediately responds, yelling at me this time, that she can’t believe I’m back with another one trying to pull this on her. That I’m trying to play her and her new cook and am being dishonest. That she can’t believe I would take bites of the sandwiches myself and bring them back. She tried to tell me if I didn’t bite the sandwiches maybe it was the delivery driver who picked up the online order. When I told her I picked up the food myself she refused to believe me. That I had personally come to get the food, because the order was online. Just continued screaming over me, and at me. There was no listening or understanding. Just angry screaming. Yelling that I’m no longer allowed there and to never come back. To leave, so I did. I didn’t even get to address the hair on the lettuce in the sandwich (circled in the pictures). Honestly I was just going to let that go, as I personally don’t find it to be as big a deal. Its not pleasant, but it happens, and doesn’t feel intentional.
I went to a food industry place to address a health concern and issue with their food. Instead of entertaining the idea that something could be wrong with the food or that a mistake was made and would be corrected, I was gaslit, publicly berated, called a lair, screamed at, made to feel like it was my fault and banned from the store. It felt like an argument in a toxic relationship with a narcissist. There is a blatant disregard for consumer safety and severe lack of human decency in the management of this establishment. Eat here at your own risk.

Simple order: Whopper and fries. I go to take a bite and right before I sink my teeth into what I think is a juicy beef patty, I realize that it’s a new born baby in between the buns. Now I’m stuck raising this kid. I’m 53 years old, 250 lbs, heel spurs; raised my children; ready to retire.

Drive thru food …this location is the “fake” Burger King location on Carson St. Unfortunately they never have enough workers there so you wait longer than normal for your food to be made by the same person that has worked the window it seems. It looks clean from the drive thru window …but I will not be returning…my family wanted to try the new Sponge Bob meal so I stopped here for them. They were satisfied with their meals.

Absolutely the worst Burger King I’ve ever had the displeasure of eating at. Employees are some of the worst workers I’ve seen anywhere and clearly cannot read. I do not think anyone employed by this Burger King is able to comprehend an order ticket, let alone complete an order accurately. Avoid this BK at all costs.

Slowest “service” ever had at a drive through. Waited over half hour as I watched people get served. No explanation, just indifference. Unbelievable…good luck there.

Just stopped at the drive-thru for a quick breakfast. Employee was very sweet and pleasant and my ham, egg, & cheese croissant was one of the best fast food breakfasts that I’ve had!

Food is always terrible and employees are completely incompetent and extremely rude. Rarely choose this Burger King but when I do it’s always wrong or cold and employees are rude when it’s brought to their attention. Items are either made incorrectly or forgotten completely nearly every time. Avoid this Burger King at all costs as employees cannot be bothered to do their most basic duties.

This location is hit or miss as far as cleanliness and service goes. Latest visit was fine but the dining room was very dirty…but the line was also very long. Once the super friendly cashier got through the line, she promptly began cleaning the dining area. She was much nicer than the obviously stressed out staff behind the counter. Note: this location seems to always have a group of several gypsies (or whatever you want to call them) sitting outside the building smoking God knows what. Also, for the South side, you get the benefit of a parking lot!

This place is a joke. Order a regular chicken no lettuce add cheese. Look at the picture no cheese, complete different bun and the amount of mayo makes the sandwich un edible. Thanks BK for the waste of 7.30 for a sandwich that’s completely wrong and un edible. Seriously what type of person/worker are you to think that’s something to serve a paying customer.
