Food is not good, do not order here by number because they do not flip their menu when the menu goes from breakfast to lunch. So, if you order a #5 sausage biscuit, you get a #5 grilled chicken wrap instead. Not at all what I wanted and it wasn’t even good at all, at a few bites and left it.

Update: STILL DRY. the Cinnabon pull apart was stale. Also, I love Hispanic people, they are hard working, but come on Wendy’s, can you at least have someone, just one, that can speak English, so it’s not hard to look for missed order, or ask for extra sauce, looking for my nuggets that was not in my bag was an ordeal.

Save your money and time- go literally anywhere but here. Terrible food quality

I witnessed a lovely family being completely ignored while I had to ask 4 different times for the food and drinks they forgot to give me.
The apples I paid for, were in a Wendy’s cup and were old, mushy, going brown and clear. Absolute garbage.
My kids wanted apples but I wouldn’t let them eat them because of the quality. We left the nuggets to.
The staff didn’t know or care what I needed and the guy at the window who was also helping customers at the front seemed put out to be doing anything for any of the customers.
I was frustrated with this place. There was no organization, no effort to get people served quickly and the food standard was sub par.

Ordered the “Texas Biggie Bag” with a “Texas Double Cheeseburger ” with a choice of 4 pc nuggets, Jr fry, and a drink from a kiosk. The original screen shows $5, go to checkout, and it shows $6 for all the minimums. The entryway claims fresh, but there was nothing fresh about anything ordered here. Before leaving the counter, I tried the fries, were cold and soggy, so they were sent back. I was told “three minutes for fresh,” I said yes, but took over seven minutes. Once at the table, the burger was cold, cheese looked like it had been under a heat lamp for a bit, asked for extra pickles- and received three small dehydrated pickles. At least the bun and lettuce were fresh. Chicken nuggets were cold and dry, and I could have sauced them better with a ketchup packet. The sauce was burnt as they certainly sat under a heat lamp a while. Several tables had some kind of food or trash on them, and none were wiped off that I saw. They were playing annoyingly loud music, but I was the only customer when it started.

I am a very critical person when comes to Wendy’s, Today I found a person by the name of Monica, she was perfect in customer service with a promptness attitude,and always willing to serve. I was easy to get please with my order that was made perfect. The bacon cheeseburger was juicy and perfectly cooked, the fries already fresh and the chicken nuggets were awesomely perfect. How can they not see that the chicken has freaking what feels like rocks in it? Just spit out nearly a 1/3 of the grilled chicken wrap. Couldn’t finish it. Was literally biting into pieces of chicken that were rock hard. Wasn’t bone. WTH Wendy’s??!!

The customer service here does not exist. This place is a BIG disappointment. I went inside to order, only 2 cars in drive through and 2 door dash guys waiting inside. They were out immediately and I stood in line for over 10 minutes without anyone coming up to me to at the least say we’ll be right with you. I tried waiting a little longer and just walked out. What a joke… get better management and customer service skills. This alone can take a business a long way

Drive thru was fast but they gave no receipt. This is not properly made nor fresh as you can tell. A half of a piece of bacon. What’s that? Burnt, old and unedited, not to mention the chili was cold. Also stated in another review the chili meat was definitely a poorly chopped patty with no beans, extreme amount of onions and tomatoes. A waste of 11.66.
