I am a fan of their tacos even though I know what an authentic taco tastes like and what a superbly crafted primo ingredient upscale taco can taste like, and these are neither, but it doesn’t matter! Just stop expecting either of those types and accept it in their own right. Enjoy the crunchy corn taco shell with its delicious meat paste type filling, some runny cheese and lettuce shreds, and douse it with their taco sauce. Maybe just don’t think of how it compares to other delicious tacos you’ve had in your lifetime and just celebrate it as some other fun snack or meal.
This convenient location is right by a bus stop and could use some outdoor seating, but the inside is typical fast food ambiance for a Jack in the Box, and could be improved by adding some fun local pics to give it a unique feel–even if it’s just one wall with some pics of the area when it was cotton fields would be fun. The employees try hard to please and will patiently answer questions about the various items.
While I was enjoying my tacos by the window seat and watching the drive-thru cars passing by, I actually laughed out loud when I saw what looked to be the old logo dog for another chain waiting in the line up. It was so cute and too funny.
Jack in the Box does a pretty good job using minimal packaging and I appreciate that. Nice little paper envelopes housed my tacos and cheery paper lined the eating basket. The napkins were made of recycled paper too. Keeping our planet more plastic free is a good thing, so keep it up Jack!

Can only order through a kiosk now. Took me about 5 minutes to figure that out. Then 8 more minutes to find the burger I wanted on the kiosk. (I had just finished a lab that required fasting so maybe I was out of sorts) The kiosk does not accept coupons. At that point I was so frustrated. I hopped back on my bicycle and went across the street for Mexican food. There were humans and it was great. Carne Asada burrito was the same price as the little burger I had wanted anyway.

This Jack in the Box is outstanding every time. Javier is an amazing employee and truly sets the standard for great customer service. He was friendly, professional, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The food was just as impressive—the Ultimate Cheeseburger and tacos are the best, always fresh, hot, and perfectly made. You can tell this location takes real pride in both their service and their product. The quality here is truly second to none. Huge thanks to Javier for making this such a great visit. I’ll absolutely be back!

Waited 10 minutes at midnight in the parked spot, finally went in and they said they are still waiting on patty’s. Asked for a refund and the individual running the shift said they didn’t know how. Asked them to call their supervisor and they didn’t get an answer so they said they couldn’t refund me. Unacceptable, so I insisted on a refund and they just handed me a $20 bill which is what I paid with, not my total(they gave me change already). I told the staff, that is incorrect and they are giving away money now. The owners should consider having some leadership on the late shift. First and last time.

Got a smashed jack combo. 2/3 of the drink machine options were not available. Fries were soggy, under cooked and not hot. Burger was fine. Not worth $12.75. Staff was nice and the dining area is clean

Services were neil to none. You stand at the front service counter waiting to order or others did the self serve kiosk and still stood around without any acknowledgment from staff. The soda machine with several options was completely empty for more than five options. When we did finally get food it was overdone burnt and very poor tasting. We definitely will not be back to this Jack in the box.

The staff was friendly but after waiting for 15 minutes in the drive thru we were so disappointed in our food. Our french toast sticks were hard as a rock I could have used them as weapons, same with the tacos, and no cinnamon on the chirros , just not good this time.

Went here today at 11 am, $19 for 2 hashbrowns, french toast sticks and breakfast sandwich. Hashbrowns were not fully cooked and literally dripping in oil. French toast sticks were not cooked, oily and dough inside. When my mom tried to go in for replacement of fully cooked food, showing her the dripping oil and food, the cashier announced that the food is fried…. that’s it. Seriously? Undercooked food that sits in oil and then pulled before cooked does this. Horrible customer service, disgusting food, we threw everything away. Don’t eat here, its worth the drive to go to a Jack in another location.

Arrived half hour before closing, was trying to figure out our order before pulling up to the intercom and had an employee come out and shut the drive thru while looking directly at us. Will be choosing a different jack in the box location in the future.

Nasty employees. They don’t give a care about customers. You are not right at this Jack in the Box. I ordered my food without Jack’s sauce. Mayo, instead cut in half fresh fries, but I receive the opposite. I didn’t receive a receipt. Upon my return Greg refused to give me fresh fries. Stating “you ate half of the meal.” I’m only going to replace the hamburger, not even a apology for getting my order wrong and inconvenience in me to have to come back and not giving me a receipt.
