Stop by for a carry out sandwich. The restaurant was not busy, but had a long wait for a server to acknowledge that I was there. Restaurant was clean. The food came out quick after the order was taken. Because the food is cook to order, I would not recommend the drive-thru.

Really nice cashier however, this was one of the worst milkshakes I’ve had. The chocolate chip cookie dough tasted like a milkshake with crushed-cooked chocolate chip cookies. It was NOT cookie dough. It may have had 4 chips in it.

First time in a steak n shake. We sat at a table the hostess pops around the corner says your waiter will be with you in a few minutes. Okay while waiting for the rest of our party to arrive, two waiters couldn’t figure out what to do with us. They tried to move us they finally listen to me that there was 9 people in our group. Finally got seating figured out no menu. Apologies it toke for ever not very professional I think it was their first time too. However, the food was delicious.

I really wish the dining room would open. It was pouring rain when I was in the drive thru and there’s no cover so I was soaked after ordering my food. Put a roof over the drive thru menu for goodness sake!

This place is hit or miss. The dining room is always super clean, the staff is friendly, and the food good. Sometimes you’ll go in and get your food within minutes, but other times you’ll end up waiting much longer than is normal for a Steak ‘n Shake. Don’t even bother with the drive through unless you’re the only car in line… you’ll be there forever. At the end of the day, I’ll definitely be back though!

We love Steak and Shake and its a cheap meal for our family of 5 but the service here is just not good. Usually wait forever for waitress to come get drink order then takes forever to get food. Usually don’t see waitress again. This time was no exception. If you go, be prepared to wait for a while!

Went there earlier tonight, food and service was great. The triple steakburger with cheese is my meal of choice here, it’s absolutely delicious. The wait wasn’t very long considering there were about three cars in front of us. I will say, however, that the service is a bit slower in the dining room, and it may take upwards of forty-five minutes to get your food when you dine in. But the drive-thru is great and speedy, and everything is always fresh, so I definitely recommend eating here.
