Countless times I’ve ordered here there has been at least something wrong with my order. Thus taco bell has been so disappointing and the remodel fixed nothing but its looks. Imagine being vegan and constantly finding meat in food you ordered that shouldn’t have included it. I love taco bell but seriously?? I don’t even leave reviews but at this point it seemed inevitable.

The manager is very rude. I called because my crunch wrap hardly had any beef in it and I paid for extra beef. She was very dismissive and when I was done explaining the situation, she was silent, not responding. Then i said “hello” she said im here i said can i get a manager, she said she is one and i said not a good one then, she said why i said because she’s not responding to me talking but just sitting in silence and she starting argueing with me and being just rude. Definitely not putting the customer first. So i hung up.

Don’t go here and listen to the other reviews that tell you to go to Shakopee. The cinnamon twists taste like burned oil and the Mexican pizza looked like someone tried eating it. Really disappointing that I spent money on something that’s not even edible.

The food is good and the price is reasonable for the meal. You can’t beat that. To resturants you go to can cost more. Because they have more choices in food and drinks they serve. Taco bell has plenty of parking. And 2 clean bathrooms to use. They have enough tables and seats to sit and enjoy your food. Its fast food. But the price is reasonable. For what you order or it can cost a little bit more. Or cost more if your ordering for your family. Its not bad. Thank you. And the service was ok.

I witnessed first hand how efficient and speedy the 12 drive thru customers were served from my post waiting at the front counter for ten minutes after barely being acknowledged. Had to walk out, if I had 20 minutes to wait for lunch I’d be dining at a sit down restaurant

Food was subpar. Got home and barely any meat in the cheesy Gordita crunch and the grilled cheese burrito had little flavor. There was no sauce like there typically is. Very dry. Taco shell was stale and could barely bite into it. No receipt to leave a review.

Ordered online cravings box. Got my beefy 5 layer burrito without the sour cream and cheese sauce with extra shredded cheese(extra money). they gave me the sour cream and cheese sauce. pissed. picky eater btw. threw away meal and hard earned cash. thanks t bell. ding

Went to the Chanhassen location and ordered soft supreme tacos and 1 of the 3 were ok, one looks like they crumpled it up to toss it in the trash and the 3rd one looks like a regular taco that they tried to pass off as a supreme. I guess they figured it was a to go order and the customer wouldn’t come back or complain. That’s the last time I visit that location…

I recived the messiest soggiest chicken cantina taco from Taco Bell today. Opened up my order after getting back to work to this mess. Tasted good but very little crunch and was a complete gooey mess.
Edit: just had another lunch from Taco Bell and they just can’t seem to get the order correct. I asked for regular chicken nuggets and was gifted diablo chicken nuggets for the second time in a row. Why can’t you get the ordered food correct for your customers? Not a happy camper…
