We had an amazing experience at this restaurant. From the moment we arrived, everything felt high end and thoughtfully done. The quality of the food was outstanding fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor.
The service was truly spectacular. The staff was attentive, professional, and made us feel very welcomed throughout the entire evening. We were celebrating our friend’s birthday, and they went above and beyond to make it extra special with their kindness and attention to detail.

I cannot recommend Crush XI enough! We were looking for a spot to celebrate my daughter’s graduation for her Master’s degree. I couldn’t find anything on OpenTable for a party of 7, so I decided to call. To my surprise and relief, they made it happen and squeezed us in.
From the moment we arrived (a little early), the service was flawless. We were seated immediately and greeted with genuine friendliness. Our waitress was amazing—she knew the menu inside and out and guided us through the drink options. Speaking of drinks, the Bacon Old Fashioned and the Mojitos are top-notch!
We started with the chicken, bruschetta, and bacon-wrapped olives. Everything was cooked to perfection. But the real highlight was the hospitality. When they found out what we were celebrating, they brought out a congratulations card signed by the entire staff—including the kitchen team! It was such a huge, fun surprise that made the night extra special.
Great food, incredible drinks, and a team that genuinely cares. If you are in Melbourne, go here!

I’m finding culinary gems in Downtown Melbourne. If you enjoy Rustic American Cuisine, then check out this place. It was recommended by a local here, and I wasn’t disappointed. The menu changed up for the season and included creative pairings that provide a unique experience with every bite. If you’re a whiskey/bourbon fan, then this place offers just about every kind of old fashion the mind can think of. Drinks were strong but not overwhelming. As far as food they have a bit of everything. I enjoyed the medjol dates (9/10) the Smoked Duck fettuccine (10/10) and Heritage Porkchop (9/10). I didn’t save room for dessert but will be going back to give them a try. I’ve added a picture of the menu so that you can get an idea of how the chef plays around with different ingredients and creates flavorful dishes. Great balance of acidic, sweet, and salty, also different textures.

Unfortunately, we didn’t have the best experience with the food and drinks. The margarita was too sweet for our taste, and both the steak and white fish were overly salty with flavor combinations that didn’t quite work for us. On a positive note, the chicken tenders were delicious and definitely the highlight of the meal.

Why have I never been here before? Luckily, we stopped in during happy hour. Sitting at the bar, I noticed Chloe, the bartender skillfully making an Old Fashioned. So, of course I had to get one. Hands down, one of the best. My wife ordered a Highball. That’s not what she usually gets, but liked it. During our conversation, it became apparent that Chloe is highly skilled and knowledgeable about her products. Sadly, we ate before arriving so we’ll have to come back to have lunch or dinner. Can’t wait.

Crush XI is our absolute favorite restaurant in Melbourne. The staff are incredible – they are very professional, knowledgeable, and provide excellent recommendations. The food quality, flavor, and presentation are all fabulous. You can pair your dinner with a fine wine or craft cocktail from their exquisite drink menu. My husband and I highly recommend Crush XI, it has quickly become our favorite date night spot. Kurt and Doug always ensure our night is wonderful!

Rhubarb Gin and Tonic – 8/10: light and crisp. Highly recommended.
Bacon Bourbon – 8/10: smokey and sweet with the black cherry .
Brussels – 9/10: a unique flavor I’ve never tasted and just fabulous. Perfectly cooked. Yum
Roasted Veggies – 7/10: sweet potatoes, carrots and summer squash. Cooked perfectly and nice flavors of spices and roasting. Less oil would have been better.
Salmon – 7/10: the fish is perfectly cooked, not very much flavor from seasoning,
Sucatash – 7/10: nicely cooked, good seasoning, and pretty, but it was not my thing.
Pork Chop – 8/10: beautiful cut, great flavor, and healthy portion.

We took our friends to crush 11 for the anniversary and we had a great time. Our server was outstanding the food was great and the atmosphere was spot on for the event I’d recommend this location for anyone who wants a perfect atmosphere or voice special evening with great food
