Horrible service. Girl at drive-thru was nasty and belligerent and talked down to me like I was stupid. I waited over 30 minutes for a mobile order pre-placed and still did not get my order until I walked in and was met with rudeness and disrespect from staff. Food is also cold as that is how long my order had been sitting there without being brought out. Absolutely unacceptable and horrid.

Ordered and paid, was asked to pull around front where I found about 10–15 other vehicles all waiting for their food. After waiting for 10+ minutes I decided to go inside and try to cancel my order and get my money back. But there was only one person working the drive-through window and one cook in the kitchen, and I couldn’t even get anyone to come to the counter. So I decided it wasn’t worth the hassle over my $10 order and left to go get food elsewhere.

Very dirty location for 10:00 am, waited 3 mins for someone to come. Knocked on the counter and no one came. I order ok the kiosk, waited 5 mins to get my food. Never said one work. Gave me the food, told me they were out of medium cups. Ordered extra cheese as you can see I didn’t get it. You ring up your own food, get your own drink what’s next? Robots or you will need prepare your own food?

AVOID AVOID AVOID Service is always slow and takes 15+ min for any order any size to be completed. No door dash or mobile order is started till person arrives to pick up and then must wait till all persons who arrived before have been served regardless of when the order was actually placed or scheduled pick up time made. Lets not forget to mention the laziness of the employees standing around gossiping instead of working regardless of how busy or slow the store is then gets an attitude when you say something to them especially evening/night shift. As far as food goes anything with ground beef is always so greasy it soaks any hard or soft tortilla making it soggy and the paper it is wrapped in not to mention the bag. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!!

This is the worst Rand Taco Bell franchise in the entire nation. I placed a mobile order to be picked up at 3:45 p.m. got to the store at 3:48 p.m. and did not receive my food until 4, :10 p.m.. The employees were all standing at the counter gossiping with one another about other employees on different shifts and nobody was interested in checking to see what could be done to expedite my order. I would avoid this place like the plague.

Ordered on the mobile app today. Parking lot did not even have a place to park. I ordered 2 cheese roll ups and a taco. As the man answered the speaker he automatically said they were behind and said it would be awhile before they could even get to mu order. As I pull around there is about 15 cars with people waiting for there food. They are just pulling every car that comes here. This is absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Especially since CORE does not allow ypu to pull customers. Shame on the GM and the management staff on duty

I placed an order on the app for 2 standard burritos. When I arrived and gave my name for the mobile order, I was told there would be a wait and to pull around to a parking spot and the order would be brought out. 35 mins later, Kamari brought out my order. He was polite but moving very slowly, seemingly unbothered that there were 7 or 8 cars parked, waiting for their orders. I asked his name and then asked why it took half an hour for a fast food order. He explained there was only 1 girl cooking and 1 person cleaning. I asked if the management would be adding any staff and he explained they were trying to. He said the manager had left early tonight due to her heart hurting as she recovers from cancer. I thanked him for his explanation and he apologized for the wait.
I’m not sure if management reads these reviews but no fast food restaurant should take over 30 mins to deliver 2 burritos. I completely understand that extenuating circumstances happen but I’ve been to this Taco Bell enough times to notice that they are very slow, especially in the evenings. And when that many people are waiting for their “fast” food orders, it’s always encouraging to see servers move with purpose, as though they are trying to serve you as quickly as they can, which is not what I witnessed this evening.

Pretty good! So good that I went through the drive thru but stayed and ate in the parking lot! Didn’t get any fire sauce, so walked in a got it me-self! It’s all good!
