When I finally turned to leave they said one moment, as the girl walks up texting on her phone with a green phone case. If you want to feel like a human or at least a customer go elsewhere.

Mobile order. Picked up thru drive thru. Midding items when we got home. Called location and advised if I wanted to come back or at a later date, they could take down my name and give missing item. At least, associate tried but I was not driving all the way back. Otherwise, I had to call corporate for any refund. Granted it was under $5 but the quality control and confirming orders need improvement. Their options to contact corporate is 800# or live chat but those options have no available agents after 6pm MST. No email option.

Went through the drive through and ordered a double stack biggie bag, received 2 burgers and fries. Disappointed as I was looking forward to chicken nuggets with bbq sauce. Tried to call and complain but phone just rang and rang and nobody answered.

This is my last time visiting Wendy’s. I had a number one burger. The meet was cold and dry, the fries were not fresh. My last two experiences at different Wendy’s were similar. Their motto of “fresh” is no longer true. I had food poisoning after eating half of my meal. I was sick for two days. There is something seriously off about this chain. I will not be returning.

Drive thru lady is rude. Asked for extra onions and cheese she basically argued with me that it’s in the chilli. Well lady I want it in the little black cups so I can put more in when I eat what’s already in it. Ridicules how rude she was, I don’t need to be explaining why I want more cheese and onions. Just charge me and move on. Maybe the staff should be worried less about gossiping and more about doing their dam job.

This location USE to be one of my favorites but now it’s far from it… Tonight was the last straw with this location. Ordered the daves single meal and the burgers were RAW. Another from my group who paid for the food called immediately and some lady named Rose (assuming it was a fake name based off the convo) turned out to be rude when asking for a replacement or refund – neither were provided, when asked her name, she hung up. So i called and got the fake name, Rose. Assuming, not positive. It is VERY clear and known that all fast food chains are timing their employees per order but now it’s being timed to the point the food isn’t even cooked is getting ridiculous! Ordered before and it was just the small things like no sauces when I paid for sauce, incorrect sauce – the point being is whoever is running that place, it shouldn’t be running much longer. Or get a new team, or stop timing the orders. COOK THE MEAT!

BRING BACK REAL TEA!! No longer serving real brewed tea 🙁 one of the only places outside the South you can get one now gone. Gold Peak is a good brand in the bottles but this is a major disappointment bc it tastes gross from the fountain no matter how you mix it.
Other menu changes are exciting though
