If you’re anywhere near Spartanburg and craving seafood, do yourself a favor and get to Red Crab immediately.
Just had lunch there and WOW — absolutely fantastic. The seafood was hot, fresh, and seasoned perfectly. The flavors hit hard in the best way, and the portions were generous.
The service was friendly and on point, and the whole experience just felt fun. If you’re in the Spartanburg area and even thinking about seafood… this is your spot.

Aside from it being too cold for me my fiancé and I had a really good time. The food was really good and our server Julie was phenomenal! 10/10 definitely recommend. Can’t wait to come back and bring my out of state family and friends with us.

My 2 friends and I dined in on 2/26/2026, this was our first time ever having a seafood boil or visiting red crab. Our server was Andrea. She was so amazing and wonderful, extremely friendly and kind and explained everything to us and answered every question we had! She had an amazing energy. We will definitely return and hope she is our waitress again! The restaurant was very nice and food was very good.

Good but not incredible. It was challenging to get the meat out of the small crab legs, which seemed to be rewarmed after sitting for a long time. The seasoning wasn’t intense, just average. When we requested crab crackers we were given one set for the table. We had to request another set and a metal fork as we were given plastic forks. The calamari was also just average. For the price the presentation and flavor were disappointing. The service however was outstanding! Brent greeted us with southern charm at the door, and Sam our server was fantastic! The atmosphere was pretty and the boat full or koi fish was a visual treat.

If you’re a seafood foodie, this is your place!!! Hands down, the best seafood quality I’ve had since before c.vid! The flavor was right and the service was just right. Jennifer was our waitress and she was an absolute gem. I’m really happy to have found this place. The all the food was cooked to absolute perfection. Not a single item was overdone or underdone. We got the feast boil and everything was amazing. The quality of the stone crab and snow crab were top notch. So tender, sweet, and juicy. I feel like no amount of raving about this place would do it justice, you gotta go in and try it for yourself! Thank you Jennifer for your wonderful service, I’ll be back soon!

The outside doesn’t match the inside. We were surprised to walk in and saw nice, clean, and beautiful it is inside. Then the food we are was all hot, fresh, and delicious. We had the egg rolls, Cajun rice with shrimp and fried shrimp basket. Everything was delicious. We will definitely come back and bring our visitors here. Next time we we will try the boils. They looked delicious as well.

It’s my birthday I love seafood that’s how we got here lol. This is a very spacious location. They have NO BAR so if you’re looking for alcoholic beverages or beer, this is not the place for you. Bailey was our waitress. She was very dry. She didn’t give refills. Also she didn’t come over to check on us unless we called her to the table. She didn’t interact with us at all, she didn’t even say happy birthday
