They always mess up my orders some how! Like this morning ordered 2 sausage egg n cheese bagels and got home and they were 2 bacon egg n cheese ones! I should have checked when I pulled away cause the guy at the window said here’s your 2 bacon egg n cheese bagels, I mean 2 sausage egg n cheese bagels! How do you get bacon from sausage? Even when the tag says SAUSAGE!

Went through h the drive through and was told the wrong amount at the pay here had to correct and confirm my order. Went to pick up my food and drove away because I had school to see no food in my bag just sauces. So I call the place and the manager who I can barely understand her English tells me I can’t get a refund. The fries that I did get were cold. Unless you 1. Don’t mind not getting your food and 2. Don’t try to eat inside. I took a kid that was very excited to eat there. 2 kiosks broke. So went to front counter where the person working was talking on the phone on speaker to her mom about bringing food home for 5-10 minutes. Didn’t acknowledge me or the kid waiting patiently. That person leaves. Must of caught shift change. New person at counter seems like I am inconveniencing them. We remain polite. Finally get order in. Whole eat in section is trashed. No ketchup in dispenser, lids trashed. Soda everywhere.. Mess everywhere dine-in room. I cleaned my own table. Apparently No one cleans. No one manages. Back counter was Chaos. 15 minutes I wait for food and not an exaggeration. No one is working front at this point so I have to be like hey y’all forget about me?!. New girl is like oh no! She is on top of it. Gets food right away. I don’t mean to come on and complain, but this was ridiculous.

Very disappointing experience. I was told to use the kiosk, but there were no clear signs that counter service wasn’t available. When I went to the service desk, the employee rushed me, walked away mid-order, and complained that they were preparing for an inspection and needed to clean. I was told to hurry because of the inspection.As a paying customer with children, I expect basic courtesy and professionalism. Preparing for an inspection should not come at the expense of respectful service.

Your job is to cook basic food and put items in a bag, yet yall still fail at even that basic of tasks. Get a new job. This location deserves to be on fire.
I ask for sauce, get no sauce, come back after my order is messed up, still no sauce. Imagine seeing it the screen, then ignoring it completely, and smiling as you hand the bag over. Deviously terrible workers.

My son absolutely loves fries from Mcdonald’s and so after a few errands I took him over. On 12/27 I had an amazing experience with Asia! From the time I was greeted until I met her with a smile at the window full of energy and joy. Asia was patient, kind, caring, and helpful. Ordering with a child can be stressful but she was truly amazing and made the visit memorable for my son and I. Keep up the good work, Asia!

Absolutely disgusted by this place..dirty floors with flies everywhere… couldnt get the app to work at the kiosk..stood there for 5 mins while the workers talked in the back neglecting the counter. ..asked for help and a kid said he didn’t know what to do and then walked away when I yelled to get help the so called manager same over and said I needed to refresh the app and she couldn’t help me but I could pay full price..

Wish there was a zero star option! This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been too we walked in and it was filthy everywhere was filthy. The tables, the floor, the soda station, the trash, almost like no one has cleaned it for hours! We had to ask someone to come clean the tables and they had attitude about it. Then we even decided not to eat the food we ordered because we saw the kitchen and it was filthy and unsanitary, people were coughing and sneezing on their hands and then touching food, touching their hair and their face and then touching food! So we asked for a refund because we were not going to eat that nasty food, and then when we asked for a refund we got attitude from the managers, we then continued to hear them talk about us in the back. Overall the most unsanitary, filthy, disgusting McDonald’s I have ever been to don’t waste your time it’s not worth getting sick over, obviously their employees don’t care.

This place doesn’t deserve customers they way they treat and act.. I asked for sauces for my nuggets at the drive thru box , asked the lady at the window and gave her 5 bucks to ensure I would get more than 1…. They gave me none….. I called back and they said I can inside and grab some ?? Yeah go behind the counter myself? Why the hell can’t they just do their job ? This is a consistent issue and won’t be going back
