If almost the entire crew did not run outside in the front for a cigarette break, maybe just maybe the food would have been prepared correctly. Management needs to run the cameras back from New Years early morning and see how poorly the staff performed. We will NEVER eat at this Waffle House again.

We had a party of 5 service was great. The manager kept checking on us and even offered to seat the kids at another table if needed. The atmosphere here was very welcoming.
