I visited McDonald’s on Wesley Drive Sunday afternoon around 3 pm….Service very poor, disrespectful, ignorant employees who are NOT trained properly! The Manager(s) were in the background on their phones when they need to be managing their “New” employees! …
I waited patiently for someone to take my order at Drive thru….there was NO LINE….I had to say “excuse me” for someone to come on…when they FINALLY did…there was so MUCH chatter/noise in the background the person taking my order could NOT hear what I wanted. I ordered 1 fish sandwich….went to pick up my order….I was handed a too small bag with my boxed Fish Fillet….when I opened the box, the fish filet was upside down. No napkins in the bag …I showed it to the girl….she said I’m a “new hire” no excuse! Someone needs to be training the new and younger staff! This is NOT the first time I ordered a fish sandwich where it wasn’t smashed and smeared half off the bun! We, the consumers are paying ALOT of freakin $$$ for our orders! We need to get it right! NO EXCUSES! If paychecks need to be docked for poor customer service….I’m SURE we’d have a new day and outcome! No one will do a darn thing til it hits the “pocket book”!!!!

Everything was cold & nasty. Also I ordered a $30 bundle box the medium fry boxes were missing the monopoly pieces & they put the nuggets in a Mc crispy box when they were supposed to also have a monopoly piece. I only ordered because I wanted to play the game!!!

The point of mobile orders is to not have to explain what you want when you get there. Check-in, receipt, and grab items… pretty simple, correct? Tonight, unfortunately, this wasn’t my experience. I ordered @ 2031, and checked in @ 2037. When I get to the second window I’m told to pull up because they’re waiting on fries. I wasn’t in a rush then, so I didn’t mind pulling up. Someone finally comes out with an order @ 2049, but what was handed to me was someone else’s order. I waited 12 mins for an incorrect order. At 2050 another order comes out, I look in the bag to find items resembling what I ordered and I left without an apology for the wait nor the mixup. I usually eat my fries while in transit. Remember the fries I was waiting on? None of them were hot. The sandwiches had the correct labeled wraps with incorrect sandwiches in them. We ate what we had because we weren’t delaying our hunger any longer.

They’re too high and Ignorant to listen to order without cutting you off, then they get an attitude and well my $5 mcdubble meal looks like they smashed it with they’re hand. Fast food just isn’t what it ise to be no quality all political… I really hope this makes me sick though I’ve gone to far to turn back now!. Not happy want to speak with management at this location ASAP maybe their competent?.

Needed a quick bite but didn’t get it. It was busy but that wasn’t the issue. The drive thru person came on and started to take my order. Then they left. The other lane took multiple orders while I waited for them to come back. After asking several times if they heard me with out any response over a period of several minutes, I had to leave and find food elsewhere.

This location sucks. Manager outside on the phone. Took about 10 minutes for someone to even look at the counter. Waiting on food had a worker ask me why I was there. The Big Mac and quarter pounder looks like they just threw everything in the boxes. This location is close to my house I will take the extra time and go to another location.

The manager today at approximately 1450 (2:50 pm) today 12/02/2025 was extremely rude and unprofessional. The kiosks were not working and a door dash driver came in and she was rude with him .. he was getting a Diet Coke .. as she was walking over to do an override.. she had called for a large Coke .. the driver said it’s a Diet Coke … she looked at him and rudely said it’s not for you.. I pulled up an offer that states is in that location … she said we don’t do that here. I left and went to another McDonald’s and they had no problem making the offer for me. It is clearly on the app but she just said “we don’t have that” … it was not on the app for the other location … but they had no problem making it…. worst experience ever… I would have liked to tell the owner but I cannot find an email or phone number.. I left without ordering there and went to another McDonald’s at 5230 Trindle road … the manager there was outstanding and went above and beyond for ne
