Was told to come inside because drive through was rebooting. Waited 30+ minutes for 2 hamburgers. There was no one in drive through when we got there. There wouldn’t have been a reason for us to wait so long. We don’t even live in the area so unsure if this is normal. No apology for the wait nothing. Also no hair nets and no gloves. Rude and unorganized stay away.

Went there last night. I always hesitate to go to Wendy’s in Thomson, GA just because it’s always something with them. I just like the food. Anyways, I ordered through the drive thru they told me it’d be a wait on all meat. I said okay cool cause I wanted my food fresh anyways. Sat there & waited for 30 minutes. Went & knocked on the door asking where my food was. These folks said “ we were trying to figure out which car this food belonged to because someone else was suppose to come back & get there food “ asked me what food I ordered. Mind you I was the only car out there besides someone beside me that got their food 10 minutes ago. All I ordered was a simple biggie bag. Ain’t no way they brought my food & EVERYTHING was cold. It felt like the hamburger been sitting in the refrigerator the whole time I was waiting. Something has got to change.

Manager did not politely ask us to pull forward when the main menu wasn’t switched over to breakfast so we scrambled to pull up the app. Instead she yelled at us for sitting at the sign. Loudly said, ‘You’re not going to just sit at my speaker.’ No one was behind us so how were we supposed to order? I don’t try Wendy’s very much for breakfast and don’t know what their regular menu has. She was management and refused to give me her name. By far the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Things to work on:
1. Baconator bacon was hard and very dry. And cold.
2. Ran out of diet coke mid stream.
3 Lady came to exchange the cash drawer and spent 5 plus minutes making the new drawer. Held up ordering.
4. Cashier washed hands which is good but walked to the other side to dry hands. Not anything to dry hands on nearby.
5 the men’s bathroom has the toilet paper installed in the way of someone using the commode. Needs updating
6. Recommend a corporate training for cooks, food prep, and organization.

Waited over 20 minutes for just a burger. Ladies in the kitchen are doing nothing but yelling at each other. My food was sitting on the counter and no one would go up and give it to me.

Everything about this Wendy’s seems unappealing. There was no cars in the drive thru, not 1. That alone should’ve warned me. I ordered the Asiago Chicken combo, when I took a bite of it, it tasted like it wasn’t cooked all the way which would explain why they had my order ready way to fast. I spit up the food. Let’s just say one if the worse Wendy’s yet

The person who I would assume was a manager wearing a updo braided style was very rude. I did a drive thru order and she yelled at me to drive up to the curb and wait for the food but 2 cars behind us got their meals before me. They gave me the wrong order. I drove home before I realized it. I drove back to the restaurant and the manager named Pam yelled at me saying I ordered wrong. She slammed the burger down and continued accusing me that I was wrong. I was afraid to eat the hamburger after all of that. PAM NEEDS To BE FIRED!!!!¡! I PLAN TO CONTACT HER BOSS!!!
