I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Wendy’s! The food was fresh, delicious, and served quickly, but what really made my day was the incredibly friendly and positive staff. Every person I met here smiled, greeted me warmly, and genuinely cared about my experience. It’s so rare to find a team that brings this much kindness and good energy into their work — I honestly felt lucky to stop by today.
Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so enjoyable. You guys are the reason people want to come back again and again!

Waited 12 minutes in the drive thru for a grilled chicken wrap that was forgotten in my order get home and open the wrapper and this is exactly how it was, completely messed up, tortilla is torn like someone was pissed off making it, entire contents falling out and little to zero cheese or ranch. You literally can’t be more incompetent if this is what you do and consider it a job well done.

Our visit thru the drive thru: The person taking our order sounded rude, like they did not care. The food also appeared like they do not care . It was old and cold . I ate some cold fries. The burger was not fresh, and the cheese not melted. The onion was old. When I went to return food, they told me you ate the fries. They went to get the manager who also was rude and told me the cheese was melted a little. She refunded my money.

One bite of burger, tasted like grill cleaner. One bite of chicken, tasted like rancid oil. Ate two fries and they were old and cold. One sip of Sprite and it tasted like dirt/mildew/mold as if the dispenser hasn’t been cleaned. Threw everything away because we’re not eating that trash! Honestly, this place needs to just shut down because your employees don’t care and clearly neither does the management or owners. Tried breakfast here before and had the same issues, my fault for thinking it would be different at dinner time.

I have been here multiple times during the night shift. They don’t want to make my food and then try to give me another item I do not want… But when I ask for a refund, they can magically come up with the items I need. The whole night shift needs to be replaced. They do not want to do their jobs at all

Ordered an asiago ranch chicken club with NO TOMATO and extra cheese. Ended up with a spicy chicken sandwich no cheese at all with tomato. This is the worst Wendy’s in Ocala. You can always count on them to ruine a meal

Was the only person in drive thru , ordered two biggie bags and chilli , had to wait for it and it came out COLD the hamburger was hard fries and nuggets cold. This is a fast food business. How hard can it be??

Stopped into the dinning room at 8:01, waited 7 minutes before my order was taken with only one person in front of me. Placed my order at 8:08 and did not receive my order till 8:22!! This is entirely too long to be waiting for food at a fast food restaurant. Went to get sweet tea and non in the two jugs. Asked the person behind the counter and was told they only make it in the day. I don’t drink much soda but more tea and water. Poor for them to not offer tea at this time of the evening. The one extra star was because the place was overall clean. I would not recommend this location.
