Clean and contemporary McDonalds. I liked that the food was brought to the table after ordering from the kiosk. I had the McCrispy meal. The chicken was crunchy on the outside, yet moist and tender on the inside. It was delicious. Great place for a quick bite.

I visited McDonald’s today and had an uncomfortable experience. The employee taking my order seemed extremely overwhelmed. While I understand that customer service can be stressful and everyone has tough days, it made the interaction quite unpleasant and uncomfortable. I didn’t feel at ease being served and ended up leaving disappointed. I hope management ensures staff are properly supported and able to work in a calm environment for both employees and customers.

Burnt down and rebuilt into one of the soulless McDonald’s delivery centers where there’s only a few tables and you can’t refill your own soda. Also cannot get your own napkins without going to the busy counter. The bathroom also had no paper towels. There were not even enough parking spots to park to come in when I visited so had to park in a mobile pick up spot. It’s a shame. There are plenty of other food options nearby.
Waiting for my food now to post. Food isn’t out yet and it’s already been a much longer wait than any time I came here before the rebuild. Took 22 minutes total to get food at the table. Regular Coke instead of diet. Two napkins total with the food. Food was good otherwise.

I am really disappointed with the new 202 McDonald’s!!! I was excited that it had reopened, however it saddened me that everytime i go there i’m not satisfied with my order…it’s either the fries are cold & soggy or the sweet tea isn’t sweet or it has a hint of coffee in it not to mention how much the prices are going up!!! Let’s just say to each their own…i won’t be going back to this location!!!

I visited this McDonald’s today and was really disappointed with the cleanliness. The dining area was dirty, and all the tables were left uncleaned. It didn’t feel sanitary or welcoming at all. I expected better maintenance and attention from the staff. Hope management improves the cleanliness because the experience today was not good.

Ordered door dash they told my dasher they were remaking fries for my order order eventually came i got 15 cold fries not even fillining 25% of the large fry container they came in and my burgers were made in the actual most disrespectful way possible just ketchup on top of the bun pickles not even on the burger terrible night staff

Louis brought my food to the curbside pickup expeditiously. He was very polite and enthusiastic. Louis made sure I had everything in my order and told me he was working to make sure I received excellent customer service. I did. Excellent work. You don’t this this type of dedication too often anymore. The food was delicious, hot, and fresh. I will be back.

Visited this location after i got off work at 11:00 PM . Ordered 2 DOUBLE quarter pounders add bacon . The lady seemed mad .
When i got home i opened my bag and opened
the box . It was a quarter pounder and it had no bacon . BUT i was charged for a double quarter pounder with bacon . Did not feel like returning to the store , it was pretty late . Just seems unfair that i did not get what i ordered .

Everytime I go here they either forget something or the food is not so fresh. 5 times I’ve ordered 20 nuggets from those location in past 3 months. Each time I’ve had to return them they were soft, cold and rubbery. When I ask for new nuggets they do not seem to want to do it. Makes me scared if I can’t see where they are while getting “new nuggets” with their “i don’t wanna be here” attitude. This place sux
