We stopped by here on a stressful day for a quick bite on the road. The ordering kiosk was great and the service was totally acceptably fast and friendly.
The food was hot and delicious, but unfortunately the modifications on the two cheeseburger where not done correctly (had pickles and ketchup), but I brought them in and they offered to remake them immediately and politely. It wasnt super busy, but it was an understandable error that was fixed properly. Unrelated to the error they were also willing to give a small refill on a fountain drink when I came back in before leaving (they have no customer accessible drinks fountain).
All in all it was a standard McDonald’s experience with a little bump that was squared away. If you want some McDonald’s totally go here.

After stopping in for lunch on a road trip, the rancid taste of dirty oil is still haunting me. How they can serve such poor quality food and still be in business is a mystery to me.

I ordered Door Dash from the mobile app and it never arrived despite it saying it was delivered. I then call the restaurant and nobody answers the call. There’s also ZERO help on the app. So there goes $20 down the drain!

HOT & COLD! Although service was fast and good, food was cold . We asked for fresh fries and they were warm almost cold. Not very good . Chicken nuggets were also cold and a little stale . BUT, Coffee and strawberry cream pie were hot .
They have a large seating area that was pretty clean for the most part, bathrooms were ok, can be a little cleaner, tables were clean, trash area was clean, floors, and soda fountain were clean as well. Overall had a good service with bad food . It just goes to show how both food and service go together for the restaurant industry. Even for you McDonald’s .

The customer service was awesome older gentleman that took our order was very friendly and went above and beyond the burgers were good but the French fries were very salty and didn’t taste good oil was probably old and needed to changed

This McDonald’s was incredibly inconvenient. After a long day of travel, we were exhausted and just wanted something quick and easy. Unfortunately, this location didn’t have a drive-through, which was disappointing in itself. We had to park in the curbside mobile order spots—but with our phones nearly dead from being on the road all day, we were forced to download the app just to place an order. Even then, it was confusing and frustrating to connect the app to this specific location.
We finally decided to go inside to order, and that made things worse. The staff member who helped us was shockingly rude—she barely made eye contact and acted like we were an inconvenience. Honestly, the whole experience was stressful and disappointing.
If you’re traveling or in a rush, skip this location. You’re better off driving the extra miles to a different McDonald’s that actually has a drive-through and better customer service

Solid McDonald’s off the 101. The McNuggets were nice and crispy. The sweet tea with half unsweet was made just ride. I think the prices are a bit less than L.A. County too. No drive thru, but the mobile order service was quick.
