I don’t typically rate Burger Kings with five stars, but this location stands out. First off, the fries were piping hot and my Whopper was as well. Too many times you get the Whopper and you know that the patty has been sitting there for 30 minutes. I used some rewards points and a deal on the mobile app meaning that I got a complete Whopper, medium fry and Diet Coke for all of $2.54! The dining room was clean, and all of the tables were wiped off. You will see that the bathroom is also quite modern looking. I was even told to have a great day by the cashier as I was walking out of the store. What a great experience!

So I pulls into Burger King lookin’ for a quick afternoon snack, figure I’ll grab a couple Rodeo cheeseburgers for the ride home. Nothin’ fancy. Truck and trailer won’t fit the drive-thru, so I hoof it inside like a civilized human being.
Soon as I open the door I’m thinkin, oh this is gonna be good, because the gal who’s supposed to be runnin’ the drive-thru is absolutely givin’ it to another employee. Yellin’ so loud I can barely hear my own thoughts, let alone order a burger.
I tell the nice older lady at the counter I’m after two Rodeo cheeseburgers to go. She punches in two burgers, no cheese — can’t fault her, you could hear that argument from Sudbury. She apologizes, fixes it up, asks if I wanna make one a meal.
Well shoot, I’m no hero. I says sure, make it a large. Ain’t losin’ any weight today, and that’s how she goes.
Food comes out quicker than the dust-up can settle, so I grab my bag and scoot, argument still climbin’ toward what I hope is the climax. Get out to the truck, crack the bag open, and what do I got?
Two bacon cheeseburgers. No Rodeos. No onion rings. Dryer than a nun at a Pride parade.
Now, I ate ’em anyway — I’m not proud — but now I’m sittin’ here with indigestion from somethin’ I didn’t even order. Not exactly worth the adventure, if we’re bein’ honest.
Two stars.

Waited 16 minutes in line to order. Actually 16 minutes and was never even greeted or asked to wait etc. Finally asked an employee if I was required to order through the app since no one acknowledged I was even there. Was told it wasn’t required and that was it. No apologies, no order requests. Nothing unfortunately. I respect that places can get busy and am a fairly patient individual. 16 minutes without as much as a nod is pushing it though.

This is a very nice Burger King — it’s been renovated inside and out and the landscaping around the parking lot is wonderful. Of course I would expect no less with it being located in nice Cary. Unfortunately, the food was only mediocre. One of the items we purchased was the expensive Philly Cheese King burger. It tasted yummy, but the staff was super stingy with the onions and barely covered half the burger. For the high price what a disappointment.
Also, the heat in the women’s bathroom must have been broken because brrr it was just as cold in the bathroom as it was outside. I hope they fixed that ASAP.

The ladies that run this store are top tier! From the lady that takes my money to the one who passes me my food! I had a complicated order (3kids getting different toppings on burgers) and never once did the staff seemed bothered, unlike most fast food joints. Food came out 100% and every interaction was pleasant!

i came to this location tonight, 11/29/25, and all i heard was very vulgar rap music coming from the kitchen. the food was mediocre, but the service & the noise coming from the inside made me never wanna return. PLEASE FIRE WHOEVER IS THE MANAGER because this is not the first time there has been music this excessive.
