I reviewed this restaurant 5 years ago and sadly need to make a new review. The service is still friendly and great but the food was not what I remembered. Overpriced and not as much flavor as I remembered from previous visits. Food looked great but flavor fell short. $30 with a tip is just too expensive for lunch for one person. And they forgot to put onions on my pizza but definitely charged me for my extra topping. Disappointing and won’t be returning.

I have had their pizza twice, once through delivery and once as dine-in. I had a positive experience yesterday during my visit to dine-in for lunch with my husband. I received excellent service from a server named Melissa. She was friendly, gave great service, and went above and beyond to make our meal experience great. So many times people only come onto Google to leave negative reviews but forget to give a shout out when they receive great service. Thanks Melissa for making our lunch date a positive experience.

Not great at handling busy times. The server didn’t verify our food was correct (it wasn’t) after dropping it off at the table and hurrying away. After waiting for 5 minutes without seeing her we decided to just eat what we were given. Didn’t get a single refill. The pizza is so greasy I could probably use it to fry chicken.

We were looking forward to a nice family dinner in the party room, we have been going to Pizza Cottage for years & have typically had a good experience. Our overall experience & atmosphere was very disappointing. The restaurant seemed dirty, the servers were not dressed appropriately. Our server was chewing gum & leaning against the wall, when we ask for a drink she stated “you will have to wait, I have a lot of other stuff to do” which came across as rude & unprofessional. She did not check back with us at all & did not pick up any of our dirty dishes or bring us to go containers. On a good note the manager did come apologize, which was appreciated.

Best cauliflower crust pizza I have ever had. Crispy with great flavor. Staff is always welcoming and helpful. One of go to places for BLT pizza and gluten free crust. Our son loves the Italian sub. We will always comes back.

My wife and I stopped here to celebrate our first date 8 years ago on 9-11. The first date was in Lancaster, but we decided to be content with going to another Pizza Cottage and forego the 2 hour drive. The waitress was extremely friendly, attentive and she made sure that the order was absolutely perfect! Pizza Cottage is one of the best pizza restaurants that I can recommend!

Was just trying to turn my daughters day around, got her favorite food, a pizza. Pepperoni and green olives. It’s my own fault for trusting that the pizza matched the ticket, apparently. The bill was right, but the pizza wasn’t. It had the Pepperoni, but green peppers . Let’s just say that toddlers cry a lot. So thanks for ruining both our days, lol.
The pizza was gross once it got to a certain temperature, and the cheese tasted fake. The cheesy bread was alright. The sauce was horrible.
