Drove 15km and past 3 other pho places just to come here. The food was just that good. If you want pho and are within 15km of this place you gotta try it out. One small bowl was like a buffet, the large bowel was enough to make 2 people have no room in their stomach. Their portion size was crazy generous. We also got the pork neck and it was crispy on the edges and perfectly tender at the same time. If I lived within walking distance to this place I would honestly come here at least 3 times a week. The only small complaint I had was the price increase from years ago but I can’t really blame the restaurant for that in this economy.
This place deserves more love . I generally don’t make reviews because people usually only give a rating if the place was really terrible or really good and this place was good enough for me to make my third review ever.

It’s not what it used to be… and we’ve been here since 2000. Must’ve changed owners. It pains me to say they changes the soup recipe, the well done beef is stale, and the noodle feels different too. It’s sad… can’t find the old taste anymore, and it may be the last time I can come here with my parents. Lots of memories! Over 25 years!
If you want to save your restaurant, better go back to the old recipes if u can.

We visited late Friday afternoon and surprisingly it wasn’t very busy. The soup wasn’t as hot as I would like it to be, but they pack in the rice noodles. I could barely finish the small bowl of pho.
The Vietnamese fried rice is a winner. The curries come with either roti or rice or garlic bread. The curry this time around wasn’t as tasty as I had expected. Too much spice overwhelmed the curry flavour. The roti was fresh although slightly undercooked.
Service was quite fast. As others have mentioned, the staff here demand their tips and that can create an unpleasant interaction. They also charge 25c for debit transactions. This place is good for a quick bite if you don’t expect a high level of customer service.

This used to be my mom’s favorite pho place. Honestly prices has gone up which is normal but the quality has gone down.
Pho came out warm and not hot. Quality of the noodles just don’t taste the same as they did before. However, there is still a decent amount of meat. I think their pineapple fried rice is pretty good. It’s cool that they use half a pineapple as the plate.

I recently visited this restaurant with four friends for lunch, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Here are the main points of concern:
1. Noodle Quality: We ordered what was described as “thin noodles,” but they were more akin to Hong Kong-style ho fun noodles. The texture was thick and the flavor was quite bland, not at all what we were expecting or hoping for from a Vietnamese dish.
2. Service: The service was particularly disappointing. No one attended to our table during the meal to check if we needed anything. Additionally, when it came time to pay, we experienced significant issues:
• There was no initial inquiry about whether we wanted to split the bill.
• When we approached the counter to pay individually, the staff became visibly upset, insisting that we should have informed them earlier. This created an uncomfortable situation for everyone involved.
• One of my friends had a particularly unpleasant encounter when she paid her $18 bill with a $20 note. The staff demanded a larger tip, which felt very unprofessional and aggressive.
Given these issues, I would not recommend this place. There are many other places where you can find better food and service without the added stress and discomfort we experienced. I hope the restaurant management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements.

In recent months, I visit this Vietnamese restaurant 3 times. I can make the conclusion as follows: 1. Its customer service is excellent. The staff are very helpful. Once they saw handicapped persons to come in, they would take the initiation to open the door for you. Then, they would allow you to seat the area most convenient to you. Secondly, it provides a wide variety of food for you to choose. However, not all dishes are equally good. Generally, it’s fried food area much better. Thirdly, its hot drinks, whether they be coffee, tea, mixed or Vietnam coffee, they are very tasteful. This restaurant is generally full of customers during the lunch as well as you the dinner time. You must make the reservation beforehand.

I visited yesterday for a quick, casual dinner. Service was quick and efficient. I ordered the House special, small size and the fried spring rolls. The Pho was really good and pretty filling. Generous portion and great price compared to other places I visited in North York. I have eaten at this place in the past on three other occasions. Highly recommend. One waitress was intuitive; when I was thinking of asking for another napkin, she passed by, noticed and slipped a few extra to me without me having to ask. This is how good the service is.

We visited this Vietnamese store in Scarborough over the last ten years. It never disappointed you. Each time the must ordered items for us are House Special Noodle soup and Grilled Pork Neck. This time, we tried Braised Pomfret Fish in Thai Spicy Sweet and Sour Sauce and Thai Boneless Chicken Feet. Again, it was very tasty and delicious. The shop is always full of people, but it doesn’t take long to be seated. That’s the main reason for the continued returns.

Pretty standard and decent Vietnamese food with good value for the portion sizes. The flavors meet the standard and aren’t exceptionally mindblowing but still hits the spot. The service is still really fast and good even when they’re open late at night. Great spot for a late night snack!

The quality of the food wasn’t the best. The noodles soak up the soap quickly so they get soggy easily, and the grilled pork/chicken do not have a strong lemongrass flavour. It didn’t taste very flavourful or authentic. The service was great however, the servers were very attentive and kind.
