Food was not good, poor quality, old, dry and just thrown together with whatever was left in the kitchen, as you can see the salmon on half of a portion they sell in the market, terrible. Had to trash the entire platter. I wish I could post the video as I showed how dry and watery everything was. Disgusting – food from 12/24/25

Everything was on point! The drinks were so good, we got peach margaritas. The Crab Fries were so delicious, the cheese pull was so satisfying and the crab meat was seasoned to perfection. I wish I took a picture of the chicken wing platter but I tore it up before I could!!! The chicken was fried perfectly and the Mac and cheese was amazing! I can’t wait to come back to PA again because I will definitely come back to Carlette’s!!!

We brought three meals three drinks $81.00. Ribs was so tough I literally cannot eat them, two chicken wings platters, wings were to big , fired to hard, Mac not enough cheese and very dry, greens were tasty. Black own business and they wonder why black people don’t participate. Never again!

First time here. The drinks were good. The food was good, but my sides were only 1-2 tablespoons in serving size. That would be my only complaint for $16. The atmosphere was friendly. I will give them another try. Hopefully, next time, they will not be stingy with the sides.

Ordered on uber eats and it’s the best food I’ve had in a while. I got salmon, broccoli, and Mac n cheese. Everything was great and delicious. I haven’t order again and post photos. Definitely great price for portions!

As the only bar around Carlette’s does a good job! Their wings are fall off the bone while still being super crispy. The macaroni and cheese had great flavor but I wish there was more cheese in it. The fries were not the best. This is definitely a community hangout spot. The bartenders are pretty friendly.

Hub an i were looking for a local spot to have a lil fun night out. Found Carlette’s online read the reviews about it being secure and having good food. No regrets we had a great time! Good music, good drinks, we played a few good games of pool with folks we met there. Our fish platters, mac, and string beans were the biggest hit of night. Glad we waited until we got home to eat because we BUSTED IT ALL DOWN LOL

It was the first time visiting and enjoyed it overall. The atmosphere was friendly, over-50, local, African American with a good DJ and okay food.
The dinner included fried white fish, fries, and broccoli. Plus a couple of cold bottle beers. No problem with the prices; the broccoli was a favorite plus the food did arrive to me hot which was very much appreciated.
The location is in the cut kinda under a bridge but directly (half block) next door is SEPTA Fernwood/Yeadon Station. It does have parking and armed security on staff.
It felt very safe. Everyone seemed to have a great time plus many seemed as if they knew each other. However it was early during this stop-by, but deserves a return visit..especially good for a local Yeadon spot.
